Dr Carlos and staff are amazing people to work with! They are very accommodating and even offered to assist me with getting forms for my employer when they were closed. Rea assisted me with this and I haven't gone on Yelp in years but because of their service I got on here just to say how awesome this place is!!

Amazing Dentist & amazing staff! I have never felt more comfortable and at ease at any other dental offices. On top of their great customer service, Dr. Carlos did an incredible job fixing my chipped front tooth--he even redid my second front tooth that had a previous (in tact) filling. I can really tell his commitment to excellence in his line of work.
I highly recommend AZ Dental Wellness to anyone who's typically anxious/uneasy about going to dentists.

Dr. Carlos was absolutely amazing, I can't rave about him enough. I broke my tooth last week and he was able to get me in and we were able to make a plan so I didn't walk around toothless. However, what really got me was how personable and nice he was. Hands down the nicest dentist I've ever met and he made me feel completely comfortable during the appointment. 100% recommended him if you are looking for a dentist!! Also the location is nice looking, modern and very clean.
The procedure was well down and my post procedure pain was minimal.

I finally tried Dr. Rogel and his team on Friday. It was the most amazing experience I’ve really ever had at the dentist. No extra or excessive fees for unnecessary procedures. I loved the hygienist she was very caring and gentle. I won’t have to fear my 6 month appointment or miss it because I still paying off the visit as with all my other… dentists. Absolutely THE BEST I had, xrays, examine and cleaning. They made a mold for my retainers and that was great as well. No pain and I do suffer from some dental fear. Bravo Dr. Rogel you are doing it right🥰❤️

Dr. Carlos, Chanel, Rya, and the dental nurses are excellent! Dr. Carlos has a really great personality. He educated me about my issue and fixed it. I'm very pleased with my dental work. My appointment times are always honored. My insurance is always billed properly and explained to me. Modern clean clinic where you watch a movie while getting a crown or two :) . I'd recommend him to anyone.

Surgeon when he saw the treatment plan on my wife by another dentist for a second opinion. We were so impressed that I also changed to him after going to the same dentist for many years. He reviewed my wife's treatment plan and found many items absolutely not needed. What was almost $10,000, resulted in about $1,700 including the initial exam, cleaning, and xrays. A very strong recommendation to anyone looking for quality care in a bright and friendly environment.

Where do I even begin? This office has been so incredibly good to my family! I love the staff, everyone is so sweet and Dr. Carlos is such a humble guy! A couple of us needed some work done but for me specifically they were able to get my smile back for a really great price. Cheaper than anywhere else I've looked into. Usually places being cheaper may be a bit skeptical but this office does inexpensive quality work. The office is clean, organized and has a great peaceful environment. I love everything about this place, the office is very modern and welcoming, when you walk in it feels like they do very high end work here (I feel very comfortable) Dr. Carlos does an amazing job! He is very professional and understanding of your needs. Worked around my work schedule to make sure I was able to get to my appointment.
I've tried other dentists but it's not like coming here, very friendly, professional and does an amazing job. I had to move out of state for work and I still come here to see him when I need any work done. He's definitely my go to dentist.
