They used to have great doctors. They have a new one, Dr. Hwang. I went in there with pain and know i have a fill that fell out - he passively showed up not even a good morning, so i heard a fill or a tooth fell out... I laughed and said a fill. He said well it looks like you have jagged teeth, well I replied that means i grind. He poked around my mouth, found the hole in my tooth and asked if it was sensitive I said yes... he said well sorry there is nothing I can do - the enamel has worn off. I got up and walked out with my bib on... and said this dentist clearly doesn't want to do the repair

I was a patient at this office in 2020 and came to get a dental exam and cleaning. The staff was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and navigating the insurance conversation to give me a clear sense of knowing what my estimated pay would be. The office was professional, high tech, and very adamant about COVID precautions.
At this office I had a cleaning + laser treatment, several fillings, and a mouth guard made. The hygienist was great and very educated me about my teeth and gums. No complaints from a cleaning standpoint.

I'm not even sure where to start... My experience at this office was horrific. I paid ahead for some dental work I needed to get done. Over time, my credit was (understandably) dwindling, and I asked for a breakdown of how the credit was previously allocated. Their financial person promised she was still negotiating with insurance but that she would "send me a breakdown." This happened at least five times and she never provided said breakdown. On my last visit for a routine cleaning, I called ahead to verify I still had some funds on my account. I was assured that yes, I still had
