I love Dr. Ramer but some of the office staff are incredibly rude. My 15 year old cat recently had dental work done there and everything went well but is in obvious pain again and has refused to eat all week. I have called in every morning this week and was told the doctor was out sick and to call the following morning. Now it is Thursday and I call at 8:30 and was told she is still out but there is another doctor who is working that can see him since he is an established patient. I was told to come back anytime after 11:00. At 11:15 I called back letting them know I was bringing in my friend,

They are wonderful if your dog is sweet and docile, otherwise they make you feel horrible about bringing your pet there. Our dog is very protective and if you are professional it should be a given how to handle. Mixed information from one vet to the other, dog is still suffering after 6 weeks, almost two hundred dollars later we have to take him somewhere else.

Call first. Apparently their hours of operation contain wonky and unadvertised hours when they will see patients they haven’t seen before. Even when they clearly aren’t busy. You’ll end up driving almost an hour to another urgent care or an ER.
An edit to address their reply:
Hours of operation ARE on their site. Not the 2pm thing. Their lobby was empty and 3 exam rooms open in a small clinic. Take that and their reply for what you will. Caveat emptor as far as the quality of their services. Better to go off other reviews. I found a vet so it’s irrelevant to me.

It was my first time taking my kitten, no where else could take me that day. I didn’t wait long, no appointment and I was greeted in the office by Squid 😻. They were so nice, helpful and cost effective. Fixed my kitten right up. It’s day 2 of the medicine and he’s feeling so much better. Thank you ALL so much.

What a wonderful relief to find this caring place for Chipper. We have had great luck finding awesome vets for our dogs every place we've moved. Here not so much. Then we were told about Dr. Ramer. Thank Heavens!! A professional responsive individual who takes her time with your furbaby and has quality help to back her up.
Not only do all these superlatives explain Dr. R's office but the value for her time is easy on the pocket. Apparently the animals don't mind being there either! It's always quiet.

Dr Ramer and staff are excellent! They are quick and efficient and really, really fairly priced! They take the extra initiative to call or email a few days after your appointment to see if you pet is doing well. I really appreciate these guys and they will be my go to vet clinic from here on out :)
Plus the office cat, Squid, is the best. Squid and my kitten Tito became buddies in the short time I was in the waiting room.
