I needed a place Urgently! Alita and John worked on my apt.to be up to par
Alita and John who are Truly a Blessing and Gift from Jesus for helping me and cares about EVERYONE who resides here in Pinellas Pine Apts.
Alita who is the manager that is Compassionate, extremely helpful and nice. Very professional and understanding.
She keeps the complex in tip top shape order and doesn't tolerate nonsense of any kind. Alita makes 100% sure the safety of her residents at all times and happy.
Shes very sweet, kind among other I give her and John our maintenance

Been here two months, third different woman now managing the office in this time. 1st Handed me my keys "move in ready" yet had a giant softball sized hole in the closet with saturated dry wall. Shauty paint job inside. Extremely Bad termites. Ancient air conditioning that will milk your electric bill to yet still not cool off your home. Unexceptble all around. Needless to say I will not be renewing my lease

This is absolutely the worst place to live. This place is infested with bugs. There is a major mold issue that they refuse to fix. I've asked repeatedly for someone to come out. They came out, spray painted over it and said the remaining mold was dust. So many corners are cut because of laziness. The woman in the office is something else. She is so rude, she acts like everyone is bothering her when tenants need anything. She is NEVER there. She never follows the office hours. When you can finally get a hold her, she acts like you are beneath her and she can't help you.

This place is going down hill. Since the prior office manager left, nothing gets accomplished and no can even answer the phone. I've never felt so stuck in a lease and tempted to break it. No maintenance issues are fixed the correct way or in a timely fashion. When they finally do pick up the phone they act like you are bothering them. It's over priced, not that nice to look at and they have nothing to offer... there's no pool or playground. The only saving grace this place has is the washer and dryer hook ups in each unit. They don't even have central air. Just a wall unit that never works properly
