This is the most responsive maintenance team we have ever experienced. We have rented apartments at several properties in Florida and we continue to be impressed with the same day service that we receive. We recently noticed the blinds in our living room were starting to unravel due to age. We called at 10 a.m. to have them looked at and they were replaced before lunch time!

If you're considering taking up residence here, I want to share some of my experiences from having lived there for more years than I care to admit. In my opinion, most of the five-star reviews here are left by people right after they move in. In fact, the initial appearance of this apartment complex is quite fetching. However, there are a few larger issues that you should be aware of:

Warning! They charge you a non refundable dog deposit and then when you move out they find dog damage to keep your refundable security deposit. "Deep clean of the vinyl" - Really? I complained about fraying carpet that was obviously old and they couldn't, or wouldn't fix, and then I got charged for dog stains on the carpet.

I love Madison. Compared to my old Apts which had an extremely similar rent rate, it is night and day. I had an intermittent problem with my washing machine and the complex just upgraded it to a brand new one. My old place would have just kept fixing a broken machine. I always see they are constantly making new fixes and upgrades here. I won't spoil the surprise but if you love cats this is the neighborhood for you. Stop by and ask why. (also pretty much everyone who lives here has a dog)

We’ve been here over a year and continue to love it! Stewart is a great property manager and always on top of everything. The maintenance and office staff are extremely friendly. We love the pool and hot tub, they’re both always clean. The gym is a little small but nice as it’s 24/7. I would recommend having both treadmills available opposed to other cardio equipment during the social distance requirement. Nothing bad to say, we love the area and the complex is always clean!

I LOVE it here. The people in the Office are always so kind and helpful I can always go to them with any question. Also the maintenance is amazing they come right away. they are always so kind and always around. They even jumped my car one time when they saw me struggling. The only reason for four stars is because parking can be limited but I think that comes with the pandemic and more people working from home.

Moved here from a different apartment that was less than stellar. It's a night and day difference here. Move in was easy and pain free, apartment was in great condition, and the property and apartments feel really modern and well maintained. So far it's been a pretty fantastic experience 3 months in. Package Room is super convenient, and maintenance is lightning quick as well!
My only real complaints are that sometimes finding parking right in front of your apartment can be a bit difficult, and being right by a highway, you can usually hear the traffic all day and night. I don't consider either

I lived here for almost 2 years. My experience was great! The facilities are kept up nicely and maintenance is fast and reliable. The gym is small but had most of the things needed. Staff are friendly in the office. The package system they use is very efficient and can be accessed anytime. I work night shift so I am always concerned about noise. When inside my apartment I could never hear my neighbors. The walls are very thick. The only time I could hear noise is when lawn care was being done outside. The location in carillon is great. We absolutely fell in love with Maggie! She listened to our wants, needs, and concerns and showed us THE PERFECT option! It saved a ton of time because she asked a few questions before getting started so she could get to know us. It was clos to the dog park, corner unit town home, amazing floor plan, with washer/dryer and garage. We couldn't be more excited to move in!!!

We have lived in this area for the last 5 years and moved to Madison Gateway in August 2018. We love the neighborhood, it's very quiet and safe, but close to all the action. We were previously living in Azure community, however the rents kept climbing and the management was awful. When they gave us another $100 rent increase, we decided to find a new place to call home. We visited all the communities in the area and really liked the management team here, not to mention the fact that the apartment is about $500 less than our unit in Azure, the same square footage and similar finishes.
