Washington Taekwondo is located in the Mt. Washington Cincinnati Recreation Center. We teach the Korean Martial Art, Taekwondo, which is translated as the 'way of hand and foot'. Emphasis is placed on kicking drills, sparring, self-defense, and break-falls. We are a family friendly school and happily accommodate students of all ages and abilities.
We were ranked number 2 in the 2020 edition of Cincinnati's Citybeat Magazine "Best of Cincinnati" Edition for Best Martial Arts Studio in the Cincinnati area. Family Special: For a limited time, if you have a student enrolled at MWTKD, one parent/grandparent will receive free tuition for 6 months and each additional parent will receive half tuition ($25 per month).

Services
In early 2016, Taekwondo East, under the tutelage of Master Ken Kretchmar, transitioned to Mt. Washington Taekwondo (MWTKD) under the leadership of Master John Ritter III and Master Nicole Dangelo. Master Kretchmar's lessons of humility, honesty, respect, perseverance, and self-control will continue through this transition, as Master Kretchmar was Master Ritter's first instructor.
