Weights and/or body weight are used to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise. 45-60 min workout. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and aims to constantly challenge your muscles, so your body doesn't get used to a workout and the workout is always effective.

35 min total body workout. High paced intervals follow with kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training sequences and easy-to-follow combinations.

Great place to get fit and have fun. We work hard, sweat a lot, but most importantly we have a lot of fun laughing along the way.

I can't say enough about this gym! It's the first place I've ever gone that I've stuck with (for almost two years now) and I credit Angie and everyone else who goes there! Such an amazing and fun group!
