The Lagree Method is a high intensity, low impact full body workout done on the patented Megaformer machine, making it easier on your joints than other high intensity workouts. In this 45-minute workout you will get an effective combination of strength, endurance, core, cardio, balance, and flexibility in every movement.
The method stresses constant time under tension, maximizing time in the moves, with fast transitions. By doing each movement slowly, the tension on the muscles stays constant, recruiting more muscle fibers. Working the muscles with control keeps the joints safe and stimulates the intrinsic muscle fibers and connective tissues.

Services
Although they may look the same on the outside, they have completely different principles. Pilates focuses on breathing, concentration, control, centering, and postural alignment. While Lagree focuses on some of these principles as well, the method is based on 5 core elements; form, range of motion, resistance, duration, and tempo.

This is the best workout I’ve done in years. It’s easy on 50 year old joints. My balance and muscle tone have improved dramatically. I highly recommend for anyone whose body has been negatively affected by high impact workouts. Paige and her team of instructors are great to work with!!

The best workout you'll ever do. This type of exercise is amazing and effective for both male and females. There is also no age limit! Don't be intimidated by the machine. Just show up early to your first class and they will explain it all. Once you try Lagree you will be addicted!

I love being a Embody member! Great workout that leaves me feeling strong! Lots of class times to choose from, all the instructors are friendly and patient, and the gym is so clean, bright and I love that it has showers and changing rooms available to freshen up afterwards. Paige, the owner, is so nice and professional too! I highly recommend trying out this gym if you haven’t already!
