I especially like the nursery because without excellent nursery I could not finish the workouts or even come! I would drive all the way to the ymca before but 15 min into work out I would have to get the crying kids that I could hear all the way to the workout area. My babies are happy since day one!

If you don’t specifically ask about their pricing or haggle with them you get placed in the highest bracket for monthly charges. If you try to cancel you best hope to go in person because they rarely answer their phone and suggest you contact them through email or social media after you owe them and they threaten to send you to collections.
Don’t pay for the ability to cancel your membership cause it’s impossible and they continue to charge you.
I recommend finding another family owned business. Don’t waste your time.

The pros, it’s always clean and kept up, they have child care. The cons, a bit on the expensive side for the size of the gym, not much bigger than a high school gym. They lock you into a contract and it’s a headache to try to get out even after your contract is up. The staff here is not very helpful, I usually saw them gravitate more towards the younger ladies than actually checking on everybody there. If your looking for a gym this is worth a look but keep it on the back of your list.

Fox Fitness rocks. I have never been one to work out with mass amounts of people around. I head up there around 06:00 and there are the same few people there every day. I definitely have become very comfortable, especially since I haven't been in a gym in several years. I've lost 20lbs so far and am feeling great! Even better, my wife goes up there in the morning and the day care takes care of my beautiful daughter while mama gets her sweat on! Keep it up Fox!
