HIIT4FIT has been established to provide workouts for any level of activity without regard to any physical barriers people may have. Our mission is to encompass a safe, encouraging environment with original content programming to challenge and stimulate changes in the body. Whatever your goal, functional movement, competition, fitness or weight loss, HIIT4FIT has a class for you.

HIIT4FIT is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. It's a good form of cardiovascular exercise, with sessions ranging from just a few to more than 30 minutes. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and conditioning.
Services
At HIIT4FIT, we've designed a number of classes for people at all levels. Whatever your goal, functional movement, competition, fitness or weight loss, HIIT4FIT has a class for you. This involves short bursts of 80-85% exertion followed by a brief rest period. The exercises in this class are included to enhance muscle confusion and to tap into all energy systems.
Owner of HIIT4FIT, HIIT trainer and yoga instructor, Precision Nutrition 1, Crossfit Kids, and HIITSYCLE coach. I have been active all my life through various areas outside of coaching. I have competed in several triathlons, marathons, half marathons and other races. I qualified for the Japanese Iron Man in 2002.

I could not have asked for a better home gym. The coaches are amazing and are always there to help make sure your goals are met. If you want people who push you then this place is definitely for you!!

Yoga classes at HIIT4FIT are the highlight of my week. The teaching is exceptional - well paced, accessible for a variety of levels, positive and supportive. I leave Yoga feeling focused, grounded, reconnected to myself and like I got an excellent workout. I highly recommend Yoga at HIIT4FIT.

I first discovered HIIT workouts through a group app. I loved the variety and non monotonous workouts that was offered besides the camaraderie that seemed to come so naturally. While life and work changes stopped me from attending this group and staying up with the positive changes I had seen in my health and fitness, I must say, discovering Hiit4Fit was a blessing. The initial awkwardness of starting a gym was short lived as it seemed more like going to a family reunion seeing family you hadn't seen in forever and weren't sure who you'd remember. Hands down the best (and prettiest) gym in town!!!the coaches are just amazing and beyond encouraging!!!!! Love that they also offer HIITCYCLE as well as Yoga (hot yoga is my fave) on top of their HIIT and strength (CrossFit) workouts! I wish I had discovered them much earlier, I am hooked!

This isn't a gym, it's a family. My wife and I have been going for 2 years and love everything about this gym. They aren't just there for the money, but will help out, lift up, and support anyone that walks through their doors. Another plus is the gym itself; it's so amazing I rented it out to have my wife's surprise bday party. If you're looking for a place to get fit, make friends, and just enjoy yourself, take the free class and I promise you'll be back.

Love all of the classes here! All of the coaches are inspiring, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The yoga and cycling perfectly compliment the hiit/strength classes. Huge bonus that the yoga is better than any yoga studio in town and is included in the membership.

A fitness community where you feel like family! No matter your level or your skill the coaches and staff make you feel welcome. Yoga, HIIT, cycle, strength --they have it all and it's not too big that you get lost in the crowd. They care for you and call you by name.

Best gym in Midland! The coaches and the owner are beylnd amazing! If you are training for a specific event they will be there to help you! All the members are extremely friendly and not judgemental at all! Everyone pushes and helps each other! I highly recommend!! AMAZING!

This gym is always so positive and welcoming. I need to do a better job of getting there but I love it once I am there. The instructors cheer you on, make modifications when you need it and the other participants are supportive. It is a great workout. I personally LOVE the yoga and cannot wait for the new Yoga Classes to start!

I LOVE this gym! My daughter and I decided to start this together. She needed to regain her strength and fitness and I just needed to start. :) I was diagnosed with Lupus a few years ago and it took a huge toll on my body. I recently lost a significant amount of weight and felt like I could start working out to regain some muscle. I have not worked out in over 10 years! I hate working out! BUT, I have found a new love for it here. I look forward to every afternoon now and am a little upset when things get in the way of my afternoon workout. Amanda has been more than amazing at modifying for me

BEST GYM IN THE PERMIAN BASIN. Coming from a couple of Crossfit Gym’s I have yet to come across one that is properly equipped and programmed to suit both competitors and those who look to dive into a new lifestyle. The coaches are the friendliest and most helpful. They are patient and supportive to those new to fitness. They are welcoming and knowledgeable with many years of experience in fitness. You will not feel more at home in such a small amount of time in any other gym than Hitt4Fit. The community is strong, the members are friendly, and the classes are fun.
