The place is efficient and clean. The snow was plowed and the walkways were cleared.
Also, there were written signs everywhere with Covid related - Mandatory Mask Requirements , posting inside of the buildings Common Areas.

From looking at apartment to move in only took one day.
Apartment itself is alright, had ant problems in the kitchen a couple times.
My direct neighbors (above and across) were friendly.
There was a seal about an inch back from each of the windows that was leaking water when it rained, which made sleeping a bit unpleasant during the two particularly bad storms I was there for, no issues other than that.
Parking is great, never had an issue finding parking.
Only one shooting in parking lot while I lived there.
Still waiting on security deposit 8 months after moving out, call once a month,

I visited the leasing office with my 16months baby and the lady was on the phone and told me to wait. When she got off the phone she asked me what I was looking for and I said 2brd. She said sorry I don't have any 2brd to show you but, you can come back in July and I said ok and left feeling very disappointed and hurt about the treatment I received. I would not recommend this property to live I don't think they treat everyone the same.

I lived there for 5 years and I have to say it is an amazing place. There a few things that I didn't like but other than those issues everything was perfect.
The move in was smooth and took a few days with no interruptions. The neighbors were very friendly. We did have problems with some mouse but the maintenance came with some type of treatment right away and it did the trick for 4 years. Whenever I called the maintenance they were always there and on time. They did not rush into any process. In the summer time it was even better. The area is located near an ice cream shop that sells great ice
