My family recently moved in. We have had so much help & professionalism from the staff. Everyone has helped with the smooth transition.
The apartment is nice, the amenities are on point. Overall, a nice place that I'm happy to call our new home.

Oh no! worst place to live in Randolph. Wish i knew all this....Mice, roaches and garbage every where. Oh my goodness what a filthy place this is!

This place is DISGUSTING and TERRIBLE. The apartments are infested with mice and roaches. There is mold in the house as well. I had to through out a lot of my shoes and clothes. Also when you call the office to send someone to fix something for you they don’t come at all.

Some days I came home with no water.& no warning about the water getting turned off.MICE definitely mice infested & the management don’t do anything about it. I wouldn’t recommend moving here. Not worth it!

I just moved in last week and have had no issues. Anything that i needed fixed got fixed on time. Management always on call or have a timely response. Very quiet. Im new to this area and i like it so far.

I have lived here for over 4 years and i love it. The staff is friendly and always there for you and maintenance responds really fast. Kelsey in the office is exceptional she always helps me out is very patient

I really like my apartment. I had a few maintenance issues, but as soon as I contact Angelica she is right on it. She is very helpful and friendly. Every time I see her she always has a big smile in her face. I’m glad I moved here so far no regrets

I love the apartments. Especially since heat is included in the rent (Mass Winters are not joke). When trying to get an apartment here everything went smoothly thanks in great part to Angelica. She is charismatic, friendly and went way above her job for us. Her alone is a big enough reason to come to these apartment.

I had a great time touring these apartments, very clean nice updates. I toured with Angelica who answered all my questions with ease and went over the entire process with me. She made me feel comfortable and I’m glad I applied with her!
