This place would radically improve if they could hire overnight/weekend security. I think they have no idea what actually transpires here because nobody is in the office outside of very limited daytime hours. I would love if there were someone here to intervene when things get out of hand. A lot of my neighbors are kind and considerate, but a few residents here are causing serious problems and making this feel like an unsafe place to live.

Maintenance is not picking up the grounds since the renovation. residents not picking up after their dogs. I can't open my patio door and step outside without animal Feces near the door.. After the ground's keepers mow the grass there is always trash left on my patio they're not cleaning up or blowing the leaves off the patio.

I have lived here for 2 years now and very happy with the office and maintance staff. Kelli, Steven and Melissa are Awesome! They are a great team. I had a leak in my bathroom from the sink. Kelli and Steven came to see what was going on, they actually cleaned my bathroom vanity where the leak was and assisted me with moving wet items outside to air out. I never experienced that before! Big Shout Out to Blue Hill Village.

I moved here November 1, 2020 and I am very pleased. My townhouse is beautiful and I have two floors. My back patio is big and my kids have a lot of room to play. It is very quiet here and the staff is amazing! Melissa and Kelli thank you for giving me the opportunity to live here with my kids. We are very happy! Melissa is amazing and easy to talk to. She has made my move here worth it!

I have been living here for almost a year now and I have nothing but great things to say about both the community and the staff at Blue Hills Village. Neighbors are quiet and friendly, taking in my packages in for me whenever they see my deliveries. Staff were very accommodating, and the maintenance department is especially impeccable. Rob and his team are on their A game everyday. They will fix anything you request the very next day most of the time. Convenience is also great here with their APP. You can put in maintenance request right there on the app and it'll be done. Front office staff are

This was a great place to live! It was my first place on my own and not only was Melissa super helpful with finding me a great unit , it had everything I was looking for! The pool and gym were always clean, and I always felt very safe in my ground-level apartment. The staff was always very nice and helpful whenever I had a question or needed something.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, the neighbors are nice and always smiling. the maintenance staff are very professional when entering apartment. The leasing manager Kelly and the assistant manager Melissa are always helpful and friendly. they definitely goes over and beyond for the residents.You can tell they have a true passion and cares about the community and the residents. I love it here and I'm proud to call Blue Hills Village home!

I have lived here for 3 years now and am very happy with the ofiice and maintenance staff. It feels good to come home to a property that looks great from the curb appeal to the seasonal decorations. Kelly and the team do an amazing job keeping the property looking good all the time.

I moved here almost a year ago and I have no bad things to say about Blue Hills. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are beautiful. The leasing office is very attentive to calls/ emails and if you have a problem, the maintenance team is one call away. This complex is in an awesome location- about 20 minutes from Boston, 20 mins from Patriots Place and about 40 mins from Providence.
Noise is never a problem and everyone that lives here is super friendly! The maintenance team also does an awesome job plowing and shoveling in the winter.
