I have lived in this complex for a while and I must say that over the years it has gotten better. The staff that we have now are wonderful! In the past it was hard to get anything done. Mayra and Yolanda take care of what I need in a timely manner. Eugene is on it when I need things repaired or fixed in my unit! A big thank you to you all! I do not do reviews, but I think they are worth it!

Do NOT deal with this shady complex. I put a deposit down on an apartment back in February and I still have not received my refund! They claim they sent it but I never received it (supposedly a signature was required but I never received that slip either). Fast forward to many unanswered calls and refusal to return calls, they told me I have to pick it up. So, I scheduled a meet up time with the manager and guess what? She never showed and didn’t have the courtesy to call me. Now again, we are back to being ignored. At this point I will proceed with legal proceedings since I have an attorney

This place is completely horrible!! Do not move here! They overcharged us on rent. when we first went to view the apartments they said they had an apartment for 1140 a month and we put a hold on it then they called us two days later and said it was the wrong apartment and the rent would go up to 1260 a month but because i needed somewhere to stay while my husband was deployed,I lived there for 6 months. they switched management 3 times while i lived there! first manager was amazing totally missed having her around, then they bring in this other dude and he was not helpful at all making me miss

Rent is reasonable, that's all they have going for them. Their office worker/manager is never there. They never answer the office phone. And if you leave a message they never call back. Also made an appointment to check out of my apartment, but no one showed up. Called the office manager's cell and found out she had been "working from home" and somehow forgot to meet us. Office hours typically mean the office is open during the day... I would advise you not to live here. The traffic is also terrible during 5pm
