Management does not know how to draw a simple map or provide information in emails sent out. My car was towed after talking with the manager she said everything "right" of building 11 had to be moved, no where in the email does it say anything about that, no where in the email does it say you will be towed and in the map they provide for parking I was parked in the correct area! My "car" graphic and "11" graphic are both edited by myself. Now I'm out $300 and looking into small claims.

I moved in when it was still Alvista Terrace and their management was great. Every since it changed to the Tides, the new owners do not respond to any of my work orders. I put in a ticket for my leaking sink back in June and eventually after months of keeping a bucket under my sink to prevent water damage, I just fixed it myself. I've had another work order placed back in August and again, they closed it without completing the repair. When I call, they have no excuse as to why they closed it. They just tell me they'll put in a new order but they have no idea how long it will take because

Me and my girlfriend applied for these apartments in the beginning of August. They told us and on the lease that the apartment would be ready to move in September 4th. Towards the end of August we kept calling to see what the update was on the apartment and they ended up telling us that the room we were suppose to move in, still have people living there and still needed to be updated. Look elsewhere for your living needs! They don't care about the tenants, their kids or their pets! I've had a 1.5 foot tall lattice fence on my patio to keep my dog (or your child) from going thru or under the slates for over 18 months. Today I get a 3 day notice to take it down. Keep in mind, I walked the entire complex at night and counted over 60...you read that right SIXTY burnt out exterior lights. Hope you like walking to your car in the dark while fingers crossed you don't get attacked! Oh and on your way to your car in the dark, there are sprinklers that FLOOD the

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!! For one... it's not a good area! Crime rate is really high, first week moved in someone got shot and killed across the street. If you need any maintenance... DONT EVEN COUNT ON IT for weeks maybe even months!! They've had one of my packages for months now and I've left multiple voicemails trying to reach someone and they will not answer the phones or return your calls. I'm patiently waiting for my lease to be up so I can get the hell out of here.

Just recently moved from these apartments. Around the 19th July. The service in the office is awful. I've had multiple interactions with them and I'm always met with an attitude. I had my old 2004 Sentra sitting in visitors area of the parking spaces and last year around June I got tagged for my old car not having tags/current registration so I moved my car outside the gate of the apts and parked it there since I cannot afford registration for both of my cars at the moment. My car was sitting outside the gate of the apartments moved every now and then without a problem for over a year

I would give 0 stars if I could but I applied around September 2020. I had to pay $210 just for the application process and holding deposit upfront. When we decided to not go with these apartments, we were told we could receive our money back since we didn't go through with the process. I was issued a check and once I received the check and deposited into my account it was no good. Tides at Grand Terrace placed a stop payment on it saying that they already gave me my refund which they never did! I called and asked and they kept saying they didn't owe me anything that I had already gotten

The apartments are nice & really spacious. The apartment I had was a 2bd 2bath and we enjoyed it for the year we leased it for. The bedrooms are pretty big & we didn't have a problem with rodents or anything else. I liked that the washer & dryer was in the unit & didn't have problems with it. The only thing is, our AC went out for a couple days and they took a while to fix it but they did. Also, towards the end of the lease it started to get a little ghetto. No one wants to wake up to neighbors arguing and cussing each other out. Property management does do their job.

This is the worse move in I have ever experienced. Very rushed and under prepared. More interested in taking my money, then giving me access to the apartment. When I moved in I had no mail room key, no gate code, not on the registry, and my gate fob didn't work. Secondly I wasn't given a valet trashcan until two weeks after I move in. Lastly, the unit is not wifi compatible, fake face plates leading you to believe- to give an update the washing machine that's "brand new "

The apartment itself is nice. Pricing great! Some of the handy work was faulty, but we moved in under Alvista Terrace management. Despite that, Alvista Terrace management was responsive to complaints and concerns. Unfortunately that can't be said about Tides at Grand Terrace. There seems to be a lack of accountability. Maybe it's due to the pandemic and stress of that but either way, communication needs to improve.

This is the worst place to live. I would NEVER recommend it to anybody. Very over priced. The prices online aren't what you pay. We have lived here for 5 months and have never had HOT water. I called about the water heater multiple times in the first couple months and they always said they would call a plumber to look at it, still never have. We have a window without a screen and when I put in a work order about it the maintenance guy came and told me they can't put a new one. I also asked for a new door to the laundry room when we did a walk through because it's off the track and

We dont have any security and in the last 3 months I have seen more police cars here then I see at the police stations... the price on these apartments need to go down cause your not guaranteed what they offer... not to mention you can never get your request filled even before covid hit... I'm still waiting on the paint for my apartment since February.

Place has gone to hell the New Management thinks they're too good for the old tenants living here. Can.t receive a package because there to incompetent to set-up the new system up ..No one knows what there doing. Don't move here just wasting your money ...Rent has skyrocketed over new management and many tenants moving out due to it and lack of knowledge...

We've lived here more than two and a half years and love it. I couldn't believe some of the reviews that were posted here. We've never had issues with infestations of any kind, and the few problems we've had during our stay have been handled promptly and professionally by the staff and management. The maintenance team is diligent and thorough, and everyone in the office is friendly and takes great care of us.
Also, to address the complaint about being billed twice for trash, one is for access to the dumpsters and one is to have trash (and recyclables) picked up from your door by a valet five nights
