I have lived here for >5 years and would not live anywhere else. Maintenance and office staff are amazing, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the area seems to be crime-free. I found this place online and moved here from Chatsworth in 2016 and have never regretted my decision. The only disadvantages might be the lack of safety bars in the bathtub and the fact that this complex sits on a steep hill, but for those who don't drive, there is a very reliable and inexpensive local transportation service called UReach that operates on weekdays.

Use to be a good place until they took away all the benefits for moving here in the first place.
You are not allowed to have visitors over to the club house or pool that they lock down at 5pm even though its empty 99 percent of the time.
They treat this place like a nursing home and locked down everything unless you wear a mask even though all businesses in San Bernardino are Mask and social distance free at this time.
They don't follow CDC guidelines that say you don't need a mask if injected by an unapproved vaccine.

During the last week our waterheater took a royal dump. The maintenance team has worked feverishly to resolve the issue.
Today I want to say you guys are our hero's giving up Rico' day off yesterday, working hard to replace the parts. Those who continue to keep are buildings in repair.
Thank you for your efforts. David

You have certain tenants that really should be in convalescent homes. We live on the first floor and the tenant above us rides his motorized cart inside the apartment. He is a big person who lives in the restroom. He wakes us up at all times of the night and early morning hours. We can't relax in our dwelling due to stomping and noise of the cart. This is something we did not bargain for. I did complain to management and I was told that they can't discriminate.
They tell us we can't park up in front of office yet the workers that work there are allowed to park there. They should have to park outside

I lived here almost a year. When I moved here the apartment was dirty. Kitchen, bathroom and windows blinds and patio. I paid my deposit but I had to clean it up. When I moved I and the wife clean the apartment really good. Try to get a final walk thru but Regal the maintenance manager wasn't available for my time. To say I didn't get my deposit because he said nothing was cleaned , holes in the wall( but nothing was hang nor hole in wall, etc. I took pictures going in and out. I was told but people there they come up with stuff to keep your deposit. So if you move there expected not to get it.

Nice area, and very nice apartments. I came here a while back to look at the 1 bedroom apartment and the price was about similar to most other apartments (on the cheaper side for Loma Linda, its so expensive to try to live here!). Took a tour of the apartments and was wowed by the cabinets! The rooms are a little small to fit a queen sized bed (at least I think its a little small) but you can make it work if you don't try to put too much in your room. I think I might consider this place when my current lease runs out.
