Moved in June 18th & I LOVE my apartment! The size of the apartment and price is great! Haven’t experienced any issues. My air did go out once, maintenance came the next day and air was back pumping! The only thing I don’t care for is the parking!! If you don’t get home early, you more than likely won’t find a parking spot nowhere near your place.

I have resided at Fox Club for almost 3 years and I must say I have not had any problems since I moved in. When I first came to Fox Club I told the Property Manger Ms. Sweeney what I was looking for in my apartment home and she assisted without hesitation. The Leasing Consultant at the time was not helpful and was unprofessional so I asked for Ms. Sweeney to assist. I then told her that I needed to move immediately and she said that was not a problem and made sure my apartment home was available. Whenever I have any questions and or concerns I am always able to reach Ms. Sweeney and she responds

I moved here in October 2018 and the place is pretty decent I love my neighbors they are very nice, however the leasing team is horrible, my phone calls are never returned, and my maintenance issues are never fixed. I even spoke with the manager regarding my issue numerous times and she will tell me to call her and remind her which I shouldn't have to do. Sometimes there are no parking spaces to park our cars I've had to park 2 courts away and walk to my building at night. I feel like the rent is pretty reasonable however I wish the service was better God forbid I have any serious issues

I am going in to my 3rd year here at Fox Club Apartments and I am the least pleased. As I have been a resident here I can not count on my finger how many new faces I’ve seen working in the rental office. And as of now the staff there can do better. In my opinion I feel as if they are overwhelmed and with that comes attitude. The staff needs to take the time to recollect and revisit; prioritizing what needs to be done and sticking to your word. Maintenance team are amazing they work with what resources they have. The unit is spacious but! The children have nowhere to play and it’s cat infested

Other then some cosmetic issues, the apartments are of good size. The current staff is doing well and very polite. The maintenance is pretty much on point. As with anything, if you are respectful and cordial to the staff, they will respond in the same manner. I wish they had a designated play area for the children. I was told the playground was taking out due to safety reasons.

I ENJOY THE TACTFULNESS THAT MS. VIOLA BROUGHT TO THE OFFICE. I ENJOY THE PROMPTNESS OF THINGS GETTING FIXED AND THE EMAILS OF HOW THE REPAIRS TURNED OUT. I LIKE THE FACT THAT THERE IS POLICE ON THE PREMISES ALSO. I AM GOING TO MISS VIOLA ALOT. SHE MADE ME WANT TO FOLLOW THE RULES TO TAKE CARE OF WHERE I WAS GOING TO BE LIVING. SHE REALLY CARED ABOUT THE COMPLEX CLEANLIESS AND ATMOSPHERE!!

I have been a resident in Fox Club for over two years. In that time I have seen several office personnel come and go with the majority of them being extremely rude. I have had several bad experiences with the leasing agents due to their poor customer service skills and nasty attitudes. I am happy to say that finally they have found two really great employees. I feel awful for not knowing their names but I can tell you they are definitely an upgrade from the previous staff. The young man always greats you with a smile and courteous words while the young lady is always helpful and knowledgeable.

If I could I will give this a -5 rating. I am not even a tenant here... and was trying to move here, however the management and the bookkeeping of finances within this office is absolutely atrocious. Which leads me to question how the accounting goes as far as a person trying to pay their rent every month??? I had signed up and paid all fees necessary in order to move into an apartment, background check was done and everything. A week later I was told that I was good to go but that the apartment was not available, in which I was offered an apartment which I told management from my first day visiting

I'VE BEEN HERE FOR 3 MONTHS AND I NEVER HAD ROACHES...HOWEVER...HUGE BLACK SPIDERS DO COME VISIT FROM TIME TO TIME AND I SAW MY FIRST MICKEY LAST NIGHT!! I FREAKED!! I've been calling the rental office all day and GUESS WHAT!!!??? NO ONE...is in the office. (Happens more often then it should) My building is quite and I haven't had any issue besides the spiders and mouse.! That is enough right there!! I love the fact that there are alarm systems. The sound IMMEDIATELY depending on how you set it! The maintenance men are cool but I dont think they are that good at their job! My

How I feel about Fox Club is how I feel about most apartments in PG county. Too much money for the service and property. I might as well move to SE, it's cheaper, looks nicer, and the crime isn't any worse.
Good:
Ample apartment and closet space.
Close to all of your favorite ghetto community businesses, liquor stores (3 on Marlboro pike right before you reach SE), nail shop, laundromat (you're going to need it, their machines never work), carry-out, corner store for your roll ups, African Braiding salon, barber shop, and a strip club. Oh Ward 9.
