Property is not designed for working class. The laundry room operates on office hours which is not conducive to working people schedule. The office closes whenever it wants with no regard for posted office hours. Hence they will lock your laundry in the facility all weekend to leave early for no posted reason. Emergency maintenance will tell you they cannot do anything although the office is supposed to be open til a particular time. They did not post my rent payment before and made me prove that I had actually paid. Fortunately I always pay by check. I didn’t have an active lease all year unbeknown

I've really enjoyed my first 3 months here at HIghland Ridge. It is my very first place and it is nice and comfortable! The office staff is so kind and helpful with any problem I have (which have not been many). The maintenance staff is small, so some issues cannot be addressed immediately; however, I've noticed there have been times where the office staff is out on the property helping with maintenance work as a team. I appreciate this with the whole staff at Highland Ridge. Overall, my stay here has been quite nice and I hope to enjoy the rest of my time here at Highland Ridge.

These apartments are the worse to live in... They have a bad infestation with rodents and which they continue to use Kenmoor Pest control in which they control anything they just continuously lay sticky traps instead of getting to the root of the issue. The staff is a lack thereof there is always new staff who doesn't change or improve anything. The tenants that are in good standing get treated like trash. If I could break my lease I would because complaining and requesting change is like beating a dead horse. Since living on property my tires and tags was stole off 2 different vehicles in their

This place is terrible. You're in MD,but feels like HELL, people hanging around at all times.Trash all over the complex and poorly maintain landscape .The manger doesn't respond at all to home improvement needs. I moved in with doors hanging off the henge's and carpet dirty stained and damaged, with repairs to made, and after eleven months no repairs have been made. My car was towed because of no parking permit, although the permit issued at time I move in was placed in the front windshield, spoke with office personal and received a dismissive response. The apartment was not ready on the move in
