I've called Holly Spring Meadows my home for 11 plus years now and have seen a lot of changes in the properties rental office. I would like to give a big thanks to the present staff member's Renee Morris and DeMarius Gibson for always giving service with a smile and for the community outreach events that's sponsored for the residents of the complex . Just to name a few: The after school program for the children of the residents, Halloween parties for the children of the resident, Covid shots for the residents, and also a turkey give away for the residents. I think its great because you never know

I really wish I didnt renew my lease . I have worked in property management for 5 years and this has been by far the worse company I have lived with. I lived in different states and this is by far the worse experience yet. Things in my apartment are still not being fixed , they used some terrible chemical to fix chipped paint in the tub and affected me and my son skin then explain to me that I cant use the basic bathroom lysol to clean my tub. So I cant use anything else besides some strong chemical and it still doesnt work . I have also been calling on call emergency for the past treee days about

The was my first time visiting my sister at her new place at Holly Springs Meadows, they are the worst apartments I have seen in PG County, let's start with my sister had to wait 5 hrs. before she could move into her apartment becasue they were still working on it. I have never seen anyone like Ms. Rene the rental office was told on the day she moved in her cabinets were falling you can't put but so much on them, toilet will not flush, kitchen sink is leaking she has a bucket under there to catch the water, mold in the master bedroom closet and water link in the master bedroom, dishwasher can't

This place has the worst management and communication with the leasing office is trash... My unit door has been broke for 23 days now and no one has yet to come to fix it. They are very unprofessional. I even contacted corporate about a few issues and yet fialed to resolve them.. I will not Gates & Hudson to anyone... And they always respond with a generic response person usual.

The apartments are clean and spacious, the workers are so respective and they provide a 1st class service. They are available 24/7 for your maintenance issues. This has been my home for the last four years and I love it.

I've been living here at Holly Spring Meadow's Apts for a short time. I find the staff to be very friendly & with a professional manner in caring about their residents and requested services. I feel very much at home here and Ms. Rene & Justice should get a high rating of credit in their performance to this community. "A place to call home" 👍
