I have lived on this property for a couple of years now and I love it, the only thing that's making me not wanting to renew my lease is people smoking and hanging in front of my building and loud music being played in the wee hours of the morning whichiswhyI gaveit a 2 star. I'm hoping and praying that those situations get rectified because I would hate to move.

When I first came to property I initially liked how conveniently placed near the metro but when I actually came to visit I was pleasantly greeted my Ms Deneisha . Not only did she give me a great tour of the property but she also kept me very informed about policies and move in process. I’m still on the hunt which has been very stressful but having a leasing agent who cares is much needed. I will def keep this property as on of my options. Also the updated appliances are really nice! Keep up the good work!

Since we moved into our apartment in August 2020, Ibrahim has been of great help with every little issues ranging from the bathroom sink clog, mice hole behind the stove, broken toilet seat, and to the recent one which is the kitchen sink. He is a professional at what he does, and makes sure we are satisfied with his work. I will give him more than 5 stars if I can. Thank you Ibrahim, my family appreciates all you do.

My brother has been living at the Woods at Addison going on 22 years. Up until recently the service he had received was wonderful. I’m not sure what’s going on but the response time regarding a issue that my brother had in his unit was not at its best. My brother is currently experiencing issues with mice in his unit. After several work orders and requests for search and seals, work orders were closed before work was completed. It had to take for me to move his dishwasher and discovered the reason behind his issues with rodents. I found a large hole behind his dishwasher, with several mice

I’ve been a resident at Woods At Addison for about four years. Let me first say: I love the new property management; they’ve been with us for almost 3 years and soo much has improved since! They’ve heightened security, remodeled the pool/basketball courts, and did major upgrades to the apartment units itself. The neighborhood looks 1000x better than it did when I first moved here in 2017. The community itself is typically quiet, and I love that it’s a pet friendly environment.
