Recently rescued a kitten from the streets, sadly lack of Information in general, could not determine age of cat. she had a flea problem, but medicine was for older cats, they did not attempt to help flea control (comb) the cat. instead just handed us a plastic comb and said try this.
Other than that she got her 1st shot, but we don't know anything as we sit outside in the car :D

I had been once before with wonderful results and response to an emergency. Tried to make an online appointment for an annual visit without any response for about a week. I don’t necessarily blame the vet but their desk staff should have a second look because they are affecting the perception and service quality. This is a major problem to their business.

After a recent emergency with my dog, I was reminded of why I have been coming to BAH for the past 13 years. They treat my dog as their own and treat me with kindness and respect in every encounter. I was very worried about my dog and even though it was close to closing time, Dr Callahan waited for me and saw my dog. Cindy is compassionate and informative. Every nurse, vet and technician does an excellent job.

I brought my dog in on July 25th and he had been limping for quite awhile. The woman vet I had was very nasty and condescending right off the bat, right along with her tech. He was a new patient there and they never asked me any questions about my dog so I could tell them he would probably need a muzzle. They said I should have told them, as I… should have yet I was very nervous because he gets very nervous at the vet. My dog is overweight and I have been doing my best to help him lose weight. That was her only answer about his leg. So I took him to a different vet this week and he does

My 5 year old cat was ill so made an appointment on Monday morning and got in the same day (been taking him here for checkups and shots since we got him..) cost about 250.00.. wouldn't eat the following day, Tuesday, so I took him back Wednesday morning before work (10am ish) and picked him up after work (4:30pm ish) and he was worse than when I brought him in.. he couldn't even get up and was laying in his carrier in a puddle of drool that was still leaking from his mouth. I took his food in with him when I dropped him off since he wasn't trying to eat for me the day before.. when I arrived to

If I could give a negative star, I would. If I could find a way to get a refund for the $8000 we spent needlessly, I would. However, I take what little responsibility we have in the situation to heart and know that sometimes bad things happen to good people. But what I CAN do is tell everyone I know to not trust the vet here. I'm not sure if they're just utterly incompetent or villainous. Either way, we got screwed and our dog went through months of total agony, isolation, and heart worm treatment so severe it's equivalent to chemo for humans. At the end of treatment, our dog continued

After using another animal hospital near NKU for years, I had a cat that had severe allergic reactions and had scratched his face and head with significant ferocity. I called my regular place and explained the seriousness of my cats condition and needed to see the vet immediately. They told me it would be two days. They also have an answering service so it felt like I was calling Duke Energy. I immediately googled nearest places called the first three and the one that could see my cat that day was the Bellevue Animal Hospital. I was floored with the professionalism and courtesy I was shown. I will

Dr. Middleton is kind and honest. The staff is also kind and it is obvious that they are there because they care about animals and helping pet owners be good caregivers. They have a comfy waiting room and treats for your pets. The prices are more than fair. Most importantly, I find the Doctors and the techs trustworthy.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff at Bellevue Animal Hospital. I take my pit bull mix, my great dane and my cat there and always feel that the vets are mindful of the fact that most people don't have a ton of money to throw away on unnessecary tests. They take great care of my animals and do their best to keep them at ease.
My first experience with the Bellevue Animal Hospital was a very sad one. My partner's cat, Harper, was very sick and needed to be put to sleep. We took him in, were allowed to be in the room during the procedure, and the staff did not make us

We had to put down our dog Katie yesterday. Dr. Middleton handled it all. We didn't know the day would start that way. The dog started whining and breathing heaving around midnight. She didn't move. Was in definite pain. At 8 I called Bellevue Animal Hospital. They saw her at 8:40.
The doctor put a lot of things in technical terms which is normally off-putting but he seemed to care and treated the dog with kindness and consideration. He suggested some lab work which gave me wallet pause but I gave the go head.
He had told me tests may take overnight but later that same day
