This review is for the maintenance team and for the newly renovated apartment. I am so impressed. I’ve lived in many complexes and the biggest thing for me is maintenance. I’ve had 3 requests that were all handled within an hour - none which we pressing in the first place. The price point matches the apartment. The closet doors aren’t perfect but not a bother enough to reduce a star. Very happy here. They even have a dog park/fenced area and a clean pool.
I just want to give an extra shout out to maintenance because not only do they fix issues promptly, they are always around and friendly

I wanted to take the opportunity to give a really good review to the staff at Sugarbush Apts. I have lived here for over three years and have lived it. I have become handicapped and the management has worked tirelessly to get me in a handicapped apt. I can’t thank them enough and am grateful to be able to live the rest of my life here. Thanks to Sue and Aaron and Rick for their attention to my needs.

If I could leave 0 starts…
This place was alright while we were in it. Didn’t try to do fake business. They were legit and up front. When we moved out. They didn’t want to to give us our deposit back. Doesn’t answer the phone or emails. They left a message on the app, saying our cats peed on the carpet. Which is a FAT LIE. And said we owed 400 in damages. Don’t recommend them. But then again it’s Muncie. Good luck.

I have lived at Sugarbush apartments for 5 years and don't plan on moving any time soon. The apartment itself is large and has amazing closets (including a huge walk in closet) and storage space. Yes my apartment could use some update, such as new kitchen cabinets, but it is an older community and I did see where they were updating apartments when they become vacant and the pictures were beautiful. As soon as I pull into the apartment complex I feel at home. It is so quiet and does not even feel like I am right in town like I am. Its grounds are kept nice and clean and its has plenty of space that

I lived at Sugarbush for a total of 5 years (2015-2020) and was very impressed with many things in that time. Management was great from day one - very personable, friendly, & professional. They were always easy to get a hold of whether it be by phone, email, or dropping by the office, & always had an answer to any question. They also always gave notice for any upcoming maintenance (furnace filter changes, fire alarm checks, etc.) - you always knew ahead of time if they would be entering your apartment for any reason.

What makes Sugarbush so enjoyable for my Fiancé and I, is the community. What I mean by that is the friendly neighbors and all, but the staff is amazing. From Sue, to the maintenance guys, they’re all great. Very very very helpful and always pleasant to their residents. I think the apartments are beautiful, and were a perfect space for my Fiancé and I. We would love to stay longer, but we’re ready for a bit bigger house to start our family. Sugarbush was everything we wanted and needed, so if you’re contemplating living there, don’t thing too hard.

Maintenance is quick in response to requests from the app. Move-in was really great, apartment was clean in all areas. I love that residents have access to the main building after hours for the gym and the computer area. The dog park is nice for my dog to just run around. Haven't been to the pool since i moved in after summer, but it looks nice, small area but nice. You get a lot of amenities and the rent is fair priced

I love living here. This is the second year my boyfriend and I have lived at Sugarbush and we love it! There are some flaws in the bedroom like poor lighting and the vent doesn't work, but it's still completely liveable. We haven't had any problems and the staff we have met are really nice! We also got all new appliances in our kitchen when we moved in.
