I was talking to a friend on facetime and noticed large amounts of black mold on her ceiling. When i asked her about it she told me that it has been an issue for weeks and nothing has been done. No response from any office staff or emergency number.she has children who are suffering because they reguse to even look at the problem. Do better before you are sued.

Ive been calling no answer! Ive been emailing asking about rates and availability no answer! How is it that a apartment complex wants to make money? Wants to rent to new residents? Has the availability but cant reach out to new possible residents? This is not a good look at all! I know there has to be someone in the office even if its just for half a day! But i cant ever seem to be able to reach anyone EVER!!!! its a bit irritating hope its not like this living here!!!

I lived there just short of a year timeframe of the lease I signed. They never fixed anything I have asked them to fix I had work orders submitted and they didn’t fix them until I put my notice to vacate in they also stated I owed 536.00$ which they never billed me for to my forwarding address or email or called nor put it on my credit but when I do rental verifications they can disclose this information I’ve even called a year ago when this was a thing and asked did I owe anything and was told no and that I can even come back. They also stated and LIED ON A DOCUMENT THAT I WAS LATE WITH RENT

Seen allot of bad reviews but been living here 3 months and neighbors aren’t bad other than some bumpy music occasionally but everyone keeps to themselves and the apartments in pretty good shape had a couple problems when we first moved in that maintenance never took care of so don’t expect much help but if you know a little yourself I got everything good in a couple days overall tho a great place to live and not horrible on the prices

I have lived here for 5yrs with no problem but this last year dealing with the new staffing & maintenance have been HORRIBLE..The staffing don’t know what they’re doing..It takes MONTHS for maintenance to fix things..2 months ago I was having problems with the toilet in my hallway bathroom..No one came to look at it & it eventually flooded my whole bathroom, the hallway, & flooded into the apartment downstairs..I put in another maintenance request a MONTH ago for them to put my carpet back down in the area they pulled up, fix my leaking refrigerator that I have now put paper plates down to
