The Haven is a great location for Ball State students to live! The apartments are just a few minutes from campus and they even provide shuttles to and from for their residents. The Haven provides excellent amenities for their residents; the pool is such a great treat in the summer! Additionally, the staff is so friendly and respectful, I am not intimidated to ask questions or voice my concerns! Overall, the Haven is a great place to live

The staff, and amenities are very good for the price point these apartments are at. From my years and muncie the Haven has always had a good reputation and that starts with the staff in office. One staff member I would like to highlight would be Miryam. Her professionalism and efficiency always carried over to anything we needed and made the transition from moving apartments seem less and easy

I lived at the Haven for 2 years and the place was a great value. There were three different owners in my time at the Haven but it seemed mostly the same each change. My rent was $430 my first year and down to $385 my second year because of new ownership’s leases and some renewal discounts. The majority of employees are college students or at least college aged.
One thing I didn’t like is the location. It’s a very commercial area with fast food all around, a highway separating you from the rest of town, and a real lack of sidewalks and bike lanes made the area pretty car dependent. They

I moved in last summer and my apartment was a mess. There was trash under the bed in my room and the kitchen was disgusting. My roommates and I spent 4 hours cleaning before we moved our things in. The customer service is terrible. If you have an issue it will not be resolved quickly and usually the front desk staff don't know how to help you with lost packages, maintenance requests, or basic questions about Haven living. There is new management every few months which makes everything more confusing because no one knows what is going on. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone unfortunately

I lived here for 2 years while in college, 10/10 would not recommend. Yes I understand the appeal of a fully furnished apartment and rent is cheap. But they get that money back with electric and fees. Also word of advice if you do live here make sure you write everything! on your move in form, as they don't care how clean they give you the apartment but they care when they get it back. Staff is not helpful and they dont really care about their tenants. Its a money making business, during COVID they offered no compensation nor help when all their amenities closed down and being in school without

Their rooms are great, reasonable priced, and perfect for Ball State students! Only have to pay for electricity! They are very kind and helpful anytime I call with questions. The pool is awesome and so is the gym they have for residents. Parking is good, plus very nicely sized (especially in the 4 bedroom apartments!) love the layout, too! Thank you The Haven for being a great home away from home for college!

Horrible place to rent! My recommendation to anyone would be not to sign a lease with this organization they are very disorganized and they nickel and dime the students to death they make it nearly impossible to pay your rent online without incurring a fees. On the site they show a beautiful clean new apartment but that is not what you end up with you end up with a dirty apartment with old beat up and worn out appliances and to get anything fixed you have to submit a work order and hope somebody reads it and gives it the urgency of deserves. There's no security and to renters just get to

If you like bad costumer service, dirty rooms when you move in, and terrible maintenance this is the place for you! We have only been here for 2 months and we have had maintenance reports 10 times now for preexisting problems before move in. 3 for our screen door, 3 for our front door, and 2 for our microwave. The last time they dented our wall and chipped off the drywall and never put it in their notes, basically having us charged for it when we move out. (We reported it). When we moved in it was still dirty, no one cleaned it. There was still cat food on the floors. The oven was caked in grease
