I have lived here for almost two years. I absolutely love it here now!!!
The first 6-7 months were a little rough.... the old office manager was hard to get along with, very unprofessional and didn't keep true to her word..... could Never get ahold of her.
But since she left things have been amazing. The building is cleaner and people are Much happier! The new office manager is very nice and professional and always answers questions and responds promptly to phone calls. In conversations with my neighbors, many agree that we are very lucky to have changed to Belinda.

Management is super rude. Hallways always dirty. Management will put notes on your door for when maintenance or someone will be in your home and after you arrange your day around them they don’t come, this has happened multiple times. During an inspection they said that closes on the floor of my closet was a “fire hazard” but they can have a ladder in the hallway for months at a time. The neighbors smoke cigarettes and weed. We were told we could only make $10,000 between my husband and I to be able to live there. You cannot receive government assistance and you cannot be a student. Our rent
