This was a wonderful blow out salon! Lysa was great! I will definitely head here again next time I'm in San Diego! The salon is modern, with soft colors and a cool vibe. The price was really reasonable and the service was great!!
I have long thick wavy hair that can get a little crazy in any humidity ~ a few years ago, I stopped dragging my hair products and tools around when I travel. Now I find a blow out bar if I'm going to be somewhere more than three nights!! Thus, I've had lots of experience with b/o salons in many cities!! WAwas definitely 5 stars!!

I LOVE Kandis!!! She is the absolute BEST! She saved my hair a few years ago. I walked into her salon with green hair from a previous bad experience and she corrected it flawlessly. If you haven't found someone who can perfect your blonde, make your appointment with Kandis stat!! She's super sweet and fun to chat with. Her little salon is so fresh and cute! She uses great products. I'm never disappointed when I leave, she always comes through

Cannot overstate more how much I love this place. Kandis did my hair for my wedding, along with 6 of my bridesmaids, my mama and mother in law, and our flower girl. Back again for another amazing highlight and haircut still driving 2 hours to see my girl Kandis and don't mind it at all because she is a-ma-zing!!!!! Her technique is flawless. All my coworkers think I've gotten some next level balayage when my hair grows out (nope those are just 5 months worth of roots) the grow out is so natural. If you want kickass blonde that is multifaceted and packs a punch without harsh roots this is your place. She does amazing icy blonde, scratch that she does all blondes Hahahaha, and for some reason my hair stays bright so long I've had the same purple

I would follow Diana to the ends of the Earth, but I only had to follow her a few blocks in Little Italy and Wash is the perfect salon for her to share her immense talents! Although new to this salon, Diana has been doing my hair for several years now and the color is always exactly what I want. In fact, people often ask me who does it! She is a joy to spend time with, which as we know is a feat when you are together for numerous hours at a time. She always remembers the little details about my life...which makes me feel loved! I cannot express how great this team is! I'm 36 and have been dying my hair almost as long as I've been alive and there isn't anyone in San Diego that I would recommend over Kandis, Madi and Taylor. Kandis (the owner) did something to my blonde hair that everyone seemed to notice. I didn't even know my color was off and she made it gorgeous and that was 3 years ago. Taylor has hands of an angel! Both times she's washed my hair, she's practically put me to sleep. She's very gentle and cuts my hair perfectly.

I love Wash.!!! Everyone in the salon is amazing. Parking is super easy with the valet at the hotel that it's located at the bottom of.
Kandis is an expert with blonde! My hair is naturally dark and the balayage she does is always gorgeous. I literally get compliments daily. She's super down to earth, too. I wish she would be my best friend but I don't want to weird her out ;)

I have been getting my hair done by Kandis for over 2 years now. And every time she blows me away with how amazing my hair is. I started coming to her because I had completely destroyed my hair by box dying it with bleach. She recommended I get hair extensions and she also treated my hair so it is now healthy and beautiful! I even moved to LA but still drove down to see her! Her salon is amazing and everyone who works here is so accommodating and sweet. I honestly don't even need to tell her what to do with my hair, she just knows! I definitely recommend wash hair salon!

This place was recommended to me by my long time stylist in Washington state. Kandis rocks at balayage and highlights. I highly recommend her to anyone. There is free two hour parking around the salon, there are cute boutiques in the area, and they have puppy treats outside of the salon, so you can see dogs that go by and be entertained as their owner gives them one. Salon is modern/clean and they sell kerastase products. Complimentary tea/coffee and hot towel/head massage when they wash your hair is a bonus! I found my new salon! 💓🙌🏻

Good vibes, good music, good atmosphere and GOOD HAIR! Little Italy is booming and the place to be, I was able to conveniently Valet my car for $5 at Porta Vista Hotel right by the salon, such an awesome set up! I will definitely be back and share with all my friends.

Love this hidden gem tucked away below the PV Hotel. It's such a beautiful bright space and the girls are all so sweet and amazing. I love Kerastase and guess what they've got it all! I ended my day with an amazing blowout and a glass of wine and apps delivered from the Glass Door Restaurant upstairs. Can't ask for more than that!!

I have been seeing Kandis for over 5 years, and she never disappoints!! This salon is so bright and airy, it is the perfect space to get pampered and leave feeling stunning. The parking around the area is almost all free for 2 hours, but if you are feeling it, you can get a $5 valet at the hotel. Totally worth the great convenience. Wash has such a wonderful vibe... great music, friendly staff and even better hair. Check out Kandis' work on Insta @kandis_hairstylist. While you are there she will even teach you how do some super fun new styles with your new look.

I had my blowout done with Madison. She was amazing!!! I'm visiting San Diego for the week and have a lot of allergies and sensitivities to products. So I brought in my own products and explained to Madison what I wanted. She was super sweet and paid attention to detail when I showed her an example of how I wanted my hair. So glad I came here!
The only thing is that the website advertises $30 blowout happy hour when you're booking, but I was called and informed that it's not during Fridays and Saturdays - so if you're booking for the happy hour, be aware of what day it is
