Working out with a personal trainer can help you achieve your goals sooner, safer and generally with better results than exercising alone at home or at gym. A comprehensive exercise program such as body resistance flexibility or weight training can ward off reverse type 2 diabetes, increase bone density, improve proprioception (balance function), decrease fat, increase VO2 max index (cardiovascular function), and even elevate mood levels.
Functional training is the best way to enhance sports performance. Weight lifting or a running routine alone do not increase dynamic sport specific strength. Different sports require different strengths and abilities and therefore different training. Whereas weight lifting and running can give you some crossover benefit, refined ability necessitates the use of dynamic movement in the proper plane motion for each sport.

Amazing experience. True Fitness Training is fantastic.
I’ve done big-box gyms, groups, boot camps, CrossFit, and the most I got out of all those were huge bills, lots of injuries, unsustainable results and eventually burnout. So normally I went broke, got hurt, and I quit. so Naturally I got real big, depressed, anxious, and generally felt bad. I consider myself lucky. I heard about this guy from my dad who I’ve never seen do a sit-up! and thought to myself “well, I tried all these other places so I’m gonna go talk to this guy, he sounds serious and I have nothing to lose.”.
