I love my instructor, Jessica! She gives a tough work out in a calm, lovely, focused way. She's also very supportive of modifications for injury and/or fatigue. Jess makes the hour go fast! I also love the positive attitude, big smiles and genuine enthusiasm and concern the entire staff shows toward clients. XOXOXO

I was in town over the holidays and tried SALT through my regular Classpass membership. I was so excited to try out another barre option than my traditional Daily Method or Barre 3 in Washington DC, where I live.

LOVED this small studio! The studio staff was very welcoming and the class was quite small - only 4 people, since it was just a few days after the Christmas holiday. The instructor gave great personalized attention during the class and was also kind enough to notice I didn't have grippy socks for the class, and borrowed me a pair from the studio (free of charge!). She was great

I love the 45 minute Interval class. It's very efficient in getting your heart rate up & a great sweat in the process. In-&-out in less than an hour! #workoutdone

Wow! So amazing! I was traveling in the area for work and had never taken a barre class before; I must say the "barre" has been set extremely high based on my experience here!!! Kind, informative and encouraging staff that made me feel welcome and tossed the intimidation factor out the window immediately. Super clean and beautiful facility. Highly recommend!!

This is moreso a knock on TDM app than this specific location, but this was the only place to make a review so it is what it is. When you buy classes on the app, it doesn't tell you the expiration date for your classes. So I bought some classes because they had a sale going on, assuming they'd tell me a specified expiration date during the purchase process if there was one. There was no date that popped up while selecting my class option or going through payment. Unbeknownst to me, these classes were going to expire within a month from their purchase date. I had no planned on using these

I attend classes here 3x a week and love it! The best way to describe it is humbling :) each instructor brings a different challenge and style! I would highly recommend to everyone.

A friend took me to the studio to try some classes - I loved it! The studio is clean, fresh and bright, in a great location. The Dailey Method is a tough workout-- it may seem like you're not working hard at first when you start to do those little moves, but after about 5 minutes, your legs, arms, and abs will feel it! An amazing core workout. The teacher was really great, making sure to check that we were all using proper form. Am a total fan.

I jumped on the bar class bandwagon about 7-8 years ago when they were popping up all over the country. I've seen them work a body wonders if you go consistently (3-5 times/week).

I prefer a lot of cardio when it comes to my workouts and whenever I try Dailey Method my mind starts to wander and then I realize I'm not even doing the move correctly...and there goes my workout.

When my nanny called in sick today I found myself wondering what I would do with my 2 year old for 5 hours until his sister was ready to be picked up at school. Friends mentioned they were taking their 2 year
