Your backflow prevention device is critical for protecting the water serving your business as well as the community water supply in general. Consisting of a pressure reducer and a check-valve assembly, a backflow preventer protects the intersections where freshwater piping connects to non-potable water systems, keeping contaminated water out of your freshwater pipes in the event a flood or the sudden loss of water pressure.

I am trying to post a picture of how my basement was left in total disarray. The clay piping they took out of the sewer drain is still in my basement there is still a 4‘ x 3‘ hole in my basement floor. And a large pile of so-called dirt. I really wish I could leave this picture of my basement. I have tried to contact them and asked when they would be out to repair the mess they left. They have been unresponsive! I have spent thousands of dollars with them in the past 6 to 8 months. This particular job in my basement I paid $800 for. And this is how they left the scene. I really wish you could

Nick, from Jeff the Plumber, came out to fix my outdoor water faucet. Our home was built in the 1950's and of course needs more updates, water/ plumbing is one of them.
My faucet had frozen solid and when I turned it on for work that day, I'm a dog groomer and naturally WATER is VERY IMPORTANT!!!!
I called Jeff The Plumber at 9am, explained my situation, and before 10am here comes Nick to save the day!
He was dressed appropriately, wore a mask, very knowledgeably about his craft and was very polite to me. (not afraid of the dogs as well, he did ask before petting my loud and scary Chihuahua

Replaced a bathroom sink faucet but he did not have correct parts, and I had to wait a week to get my sink working. He used my bathroom hand towel to clean up water under the sink and left it soaking wet under my sink and did not tell me. He recommended extensive work to be done in basement, but could not get any quotes after 3 tries. Obviously they don't want the business. But did request prompt payment. Would not recommend since there are plenty of other plumbers that would be glad to have the business.

Critical:Â Quality
Repairs not done adequately. Had service man out twice and still had problems with drain backing up. When we asked again recently we were told we were outside the "30" day window. We have since used another drain service who charged significantly lower price and includes 90 day warranty. Would not recommend.

I had Jeff The Plumber come out in May 2020 to fix my basement shower. I spoke with an employee named Andy who was respectful and easy to communicate with. They were able to fix my shower no problem. I recently had an issue with my basement shower again. I spoke with Andy again and he reassured me they would send someone out ASAP. They fixed it no problem. Good people. Would recommended them to anyone.

I called and was quoted a price to have a dishwasher installed. After the job was complete, my bill was $100 over the quoted price. I immediately called and talked to the person who originally quoted me over the phone. She back-tracked from her original quote. I then called the manager who told me I that I must not have heard the original quote correctly. I know what I heard...no mistake; Jeff was not honest with me. 👎👎👎👎👎

I hired them to fix a busted sewer pipe to my house. A guy name Brian came out, gave a quote. Decent price, so I had him fix it. They left the side of my house a mess. Tore up my driveway and didn't attempt to make it decent to drive on. Every time it rained there was a huge deep puddle there. I had to fill it in with gravel. Secondly, he was supposed to cap a pipe and didn't. Called him about it, said he would come back and fix it that week, never did. I had to call them to send someone out to do it, and this was after the pipe flooded my basement again because he didn't cap it

I called Jeff the Plumber in Akron to fix 2 clogged drains. I asked what their charges were prior to scheduling. I was told $120 for the first drain and " $69 for the second hour of snaking". I thought it reasonable for the possible time
involved. The plumber arrived at approx 12:45, cleaned the kitchen sink using 2 plungers ( 1 being mine), and cleaned the bathroom sink by cleaning
out the trap below. No tools other then a possible screwdriver were used in the bathroom. NO "snaking" was involved to clear the with drain. the technician even remarked that both sinks "

Never again! had somewhat of an emergency and needed a hot water tank installed and a toilet set. The gentlemen's name was Cliff. He did show when he said he was going to but there's a few things worth mentioning people should be aware of. First they tell me it'll be $110 an hour to work on a sunday which is we agreed to. The job was as a easy as possible... the toilet was already assembled and in the bathroom. The tank was already there as well. For whatever reason, this dude on multiple occassions made racist remarks about hispanic people. Telling me I should not have bought a

My only experience with them was a phone inquiry I made. The female that answered the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. Would not give me any reason to do business with them. Any time there is someone answering the phone like that, I will not do business with them; it only gets worse. If I could give 0 stars I would.
