Our kitchen sink began not draining shortly after my father passed away. I had a plumber come take a look, but he never showed up to do work. I decided to give PLUMBING 911 a call and they answered right away. The lady said a plumber would arrive 1-2 hours later, he showed up within 1 hour. John arrived and was very kind and informative.

This is my 1st time using this company. They are great at communicating, right on time scheduled, very professional manners & work ethics. They replaced my hot water heater within 3hrs. Taking the old one out, traveling to their supplier to retrieve a compatible replacement & full install. KUDOS to Plumbing 911 & their Team. I am very pleased with their work. I established and maintained a working relationship with Ryan, who essentially brought my house into the 21st Century - it was built in 1957. He replaced my outdoor stops and pretty much all of my indoor shutoff values in addition to aiding in a two-bathroom reno. He was reliable, hard working and easy to work with. He also handled a couple of tense situations with incredible professionalism and included me in the decision making. I highly recommend these folks and I am picky.

We had a great experience. Our downstairs faucet was faulty when we moved into our new home, so I had Plumbing 911 come out to fix this. They were flexible with their scheduling and the site tech came out on time. I don't remember his name, but he was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. He walked me through what was needed… to complete the job and went over the cost to make sure it was ok with me before proceeding with fixing the faucet. He was in and out in no time and our faucet works great now. I look forward to using them in the future--thanks Plumbing 911!

If you are looking for honest, down to earth, get the job done plumbers, look no more! We have had experience with Shane who was absolutely amazing and Ryan was very helpful as well! We have used them twice and I don’t see us using a different plumbing service any time soon! I had a mishap with a DIY plumbing attempt and was thrilled with Plumbing 911. Called on a Sunday and talked with someone right away. They showed up on time, the plumber was very helpful, explained clearly what he was doing, finished quickly, and the service was very reasonably priced. They'll be getting more business from me in the future!

The amount of great service we received from Plumbing 911 was amazing!! We had issues with another plumbing service they kept cancelling and not showing up. I called plumbing 911 explained our situation and with the crazy schedule she was able to get us in very quick! Our plumber Adam was communicative, friendly and very informative! He also went… above and beyond and helped us hook our washer up!! As a new homeowner we will be using plumbing 911 in the future for any problems going forward. I would highly recommend this company!!! Also great price for everything we needed done!!

The gentleman from plumbing 911 came to our house promptly, quickly evaluated the issue, repaired the problem, and even did a great cleanup! She was personable and friendly and engaging. My five-year-old was very intrigued by him and she is very shy! The whole process took less than an hour and it was a very stress free experience! Highly recommended!

Plumbing 911 has been out multiple times and has always helped me. When a repeat issue started to become apparent, they worked with me to diagnose and make a more permanent repair to my shower drain pipe. Plumbing911 made it easy to setup and appointment at a time that fit my schedule. They were on time, did a great job, and it didn't take forever to do the repair. There was no fee for just showing up to give an estimate like other places. They were also cheaper than other recommendations and they even had a coupon on the website I was able to use so I had them do the work right then. I would definitely call them in the future if any plumbing issues come up. Thanks!!

I contacted Plumbing 911 because I had a pretty severe blockage under the foundation of my house. They were prompt, which was appreciated, but after they cleared the main problem they poured some of the sewage that spewed out of the main stack back into our toilet in the basement. This caused an absolute disaster and ruined the entire basement bathroom. They also had to remove the toilet and I was charged for that, to make matters worse they used my shop vac for clean up, which I can no longer use.
Update: The owner ended up contacting me and explained that they dispose of excess sewage this

I called about noon to schedule a water heater repair. Karen told me tech would be out between 1 and 3 that same day and it would be $89.00 for them to come out.
Just after 3:00 Karen calls back to tell me the tech is running late and would be there within the hour. Frustrating but understandable.
That isn't all though. Before hanging up Karen asks some basic questions:

Age of water heater?
By the time it is all said and done, they are quoting me a ("ballpark") price on a new heater at $1,200.00! And this was before they even looked at mine

I had a drain that had given me trouble about 8 months prior that ended up w/me having to rent a rooter machine and routing out a long, horizontal pipe about 35 feet long. It had taken hours to do,and now, this time around it was late in the day, I was beat from a day of classes, and other errands, and I didn't want to have to deal w/renting a machine, returning it, etc.
So I chose Plumbing 911 off of Yelp reviews. The woman who took my call was very polite and personable, and had me scheduled for an appointment a few hrs later in the evening, as well as gave me price structures.

When we found ourselves with raw sewage filling our basement last week, we called 911. Plumbing 911.
Plumber Shane is my new favorite person. He handled our situation with professionalism and care, and was able to fix the problem for a reasonable rate. He brought his guys out twice and they, too, were professional and efficient.
