The technician came over to do our annual furnace check. Just wanted to say what a nice guy he was!! (Richard Bowen) Really enjoyed talking with him while he was doing his job. Crown is lucky to have someone like him working for them.

New furnace put in November 2019. Sales great. Installation crew great. Fast forward to November 2021. Furnace no longer fires up. Gas valve has gone out.
Part covered but a $327 labor fee is charged plus the initial $99 just to come out. First visit 20 minutes second 45 to 50 minutes. $426 for a new furnace that ran two seasons.
What hasn't been mentioned is the first contact made just needing help was met with we can't be out untill the end of the week and any after hours is double the price. 4 to 5 days go by with a house that is in the 50's and the outside temperature is below freezing at
