We had just bought a house a few weeks ago. Our sump pump went out at night and Unique Plumbing & Drain was able to come out quick the following day to replace and add a battery backup. Fast, friendly and reliable service, now we are worry free about flooding for a while. Will always recommend to anyone.

I feel conflicted about this review. Rachel in the office was great. My tech was nice but a bit too chatty. Overall was here for close to 3 hours when it was really an hour + job. After talking with my HOA and other folks who have had the same service performed with other companies, I feel I was way overcharged for the service provided. Lesson learned.
