This is the worst place to live in Sherwood. Management ignores complaints and never resolves any problems. Our building water had to be shut off for 5 days due to a leak in the water line in the road. All of the residents were refused a new place to stay temporarily and refused reimbursement for hotel bills. Yes, this is illegal! Management refused tenants phone calls and shrugged everyone off. They did not want to bothered. Check out Avenue5 reviews the company is horrible. By the way, most of the high ratings on here are fake. Fake tenants and fake reviews because their rating was low. Wow. This is a total stay away! I loved living here until I was hit with a 25% increase in my 14 month lease agreement for a renewal. Again 25% ($500) increase so if you are at $2000 to start well after 14 months at this place you will be hit with a $2500 new rental agreement which is way past the LAW of oregon's 7% ($140)($2140) and also with this country is going through and this place charges you over $500. Thanks for the love and knowing that if you live here they dont care if you live or loss everything because they are exempt to do anything. STAY AWAY!!

I have loved living here at creekview. I first lived at creekview in 2016 for a short time before moving for work. I have since moved back to Creekview because of many reasons. The units are spacious and well maintained. The staff has always given top notch service from clear communication with the office to fast response from maintenance. They even have community events. Recently they sponsored a taco truck and gave out free tacos to residents, while encouraging everyone to practice social distancing and face coverings! Thanks Sarah and Logan! The property is close to great schools and shopping

Creekview crossing is such all around wonderful place to call home. The units have large bright windows and high ceilings that make the units feel even bigger. High end finishes and amenities such as granite counters, a generous pool, garages for most units and a always deserted fitness center, make this property a win win. If you ever have questions or maintenance issues, you can be assured that the friendly and attentive office and maintenance staff will take care of you!

Creekview Crossing is a wonderful place to live. They have a good size pool for when the summer hits, you can go take a dip with plenty of beach chairs laying around, they've got a decent little gym to go workout in if you don't have a membership, which is hardly ever crowded and tons of receptacles for dog waste placed outside and around the complex, which is super nice because they have paths around the neighborhood to walk your dog around if you have one like I do! - ALL in ALL the location is amazing, I love Sherwood and its people and not to forget to mention the office staff at Creekview

I've lived here for about a year and a half and really like it so far. It's good having most everything run on gas. Definitely keeps the electric bill down and having central air is awesome! I stay nice and warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The ladies in the office are nice and the maintenance guys are great! Davin is the best! He's always happy and is very fast and efficent with his work. You put in a work order and they promptly come fix whatever it is you need. Overall it's been a good experience.

Me and my family have been here since May. We really love the unit and how much space there is. The kitchen and bathroom have very nice finishes and the high ceilings make it feel that much bigger. I like that this complex is very quiet and allows me to get a good nights sleep. The parking space is generous and easy to park our van in. It’s really nice also to have a parking spot right in front of our door. The mini parks and swimming pool with the complex get togethers really tie the place together and I have made a lot of great friends here. I haven’t been to the work-out room yet but with

I absolutely love living here. I just moved in and Jamila was so professional but was also so funny! I had a few items on my move in Sheet and Davin took care of all of them before we were even fully moved in! He is so sweet to me and my husband!! I love having garage from inside my home and the fireplace keeps us so warm with out even having to turn on the heater!! All the other residents I've met here are so friendly and all the kids playing outside really bring this place to life!
