There were two maintenance techs sent to repair several issues. This was a good allocation of manpower. They repaired all need except one very quickly. They were polite, helpful, and very efficient. They stated that they would be back the next day to replace one shower head.
I would rate them as exceptional.

Sunfield Lakes is awesome!.. The staff is amazing - very kind and attentive, prompt with service and professional. The common areas and landscaping is very well kept, clean, well lit at night, but not overbearing, and beautiful!.. It has wonderful areas to roam around with pets, open areas to run and play, a dog park, small playground, pool, and it’s away from most of the outside traffic noise. Truly, the best of the best.

Nice apartment community, great location. Management is friendly and Ryan in maintenance is quick to respond to any issue you might have. Within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and bars, a perfect choice if you work in Portland but prefer small town living. They even have a fenced in dog area so your pet can get excersise and make new friends. It's always sunny at Sunfield lakes!

I have lived at Sunfield Lakes for several years and it is perfectly located near shops, restaurants, parks and schools. The manager Billy is the best property manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with and the rest of the staff and maintenance crew are top notch as well! Always professional, responsive, polite and a true joy to work with. We enjoyed our apartment and the beautiful grounds full of birds singing, squirrels and the pond is always fun to watch the ducks paddle around. The fitness room is well equipped and very clean. The pool has always been great on hot summer days. The

The one star is for its location.... this place has zero integrity. I've dealt with the neighbors from hell who unfortunately live right up above. Apparently are clueless to the fact that they are loud beyond belief, all hours... I've seen their three year old child fall out of a window only to have the twelve year interpreter tell the police ok... oddly that same child said the same things to me.. if your looking for a dangerous living environment with a gymnasium above you a manager that won't or will not do his job than perhaps this might be your best bet.. because I

More like Sunfield Swamps. This place has gone way downhill. The management does nothing about resident's complaints. They don't want to deal with anything. People smoke in and out of their apartments all the time (they're not supposed to smoke in the apartments or on their patios or balconies). They put whole families in one-bedrooms. Kids run around like crazy making noise and breaking stuff. People from outside are always cutting through the apartment, leaving their trash and making noise. The grounds used to be really nice but not s much anymore. The "lakes"

This place is the WORST. They get you in with low rates then raise them super fast. Our rent went from 850 to 1250 in two years.
To make it worse i lived here with my grandmother. I saved up money to buy my first house. I went into the office to get my name off the lease and to let them know i was moving out. My grandmother passed about a week later. I went into the office to let them know the situation and to turn in my paperwork to get off the lease. They told me it was too late. I didnt press the issue due to the shock i was in.
