To follow up with my previous review on 12/29/2020:
Michael, thank you so much for the attempted "enlightenment" lesson on how an HOA works because to you I am just a renter, but I understand how an HOA operates. I actually received (written) word directly from our HOA president that the Board has discussed it NUMEROUS times with you (the HOA), and that is YOU who is dragging their feet on issuing the notices and fines to the homeowner. They do not only meet once every other month, they also hold Emergency Meetings as well to discuss other issues. So don't pretend that issues aren

Well, I'm not going to improve their score. Summit was fine in the beginning when I purchased my condo, answering basic questions and setting up my HOA payment schedule. When COVID-19 hit, suddenly the pool and spa of Sea Canyon HOA was shut down, with no recompense to the owners. A portion of our fees pay for the maintenance of said facilities, $375 per month. Summit is a business like any other, namely commercial gyms and entertainment venues, like Sea World, which have been barred from charging fees during the pandemic. I am only looking for a reduction in my fees for a service that is

Why this property management should no longer be the property management at Friars Mission:
1.) HOA fees are deeply expensive
2.) The response time from the management company regarding concerns like - painting, termite damage, adequate signage, keeping the orderliness & cleanliness of the property complex is - well - good luck if anyone will get back to you at all.
3.) I don't know if the HOA president who presides the meetings at the complex is connected to this, I suppose he is, but I don't see him doing anything at all despite my correspondence to him, and talking to him in person

Hello, my name is Amy. I just recently visited one of your properties that was posted for rent and I'm deeply hurt by the situation. Due to the nature of the situation, no pet policy, the owner felt that since we have service animals that we don't qualify to rent at his house. However, I wanted you to know that it's considered discrimination due to the nature of service animals, which are excluded as pets. I have it documented in email form as to what the reason was considering we were denied to rent. I could respect the owners only if it was justified by a different reason. I already

Worst. Property. Management. Company. EVER. Astoundingly incompetent at best, potentially criminally negligent at worst. Their M/O when they screw up is to deny, deny, deny. And they screw up constantly. Flat out lied to our faces time after time. No responsibility, no accountability, no ethics of any kind. The bids they get you from contractors will be thousands more than the bids you get. You tell me what that smells like? Oh, they'll give you a deal on contracted maintenance hours but they'll charge you 3 hours and $300 to change a $5 water spicket which takes a regular

Not sure where to start.. But ever since this company took over our property, complex went to the gutter and made it really uncomfortable to live in. They hired one of the residence to take on the duty of enforcing the parking. First off, that is a conflict of interest and second the guy is racist which makes living here impossible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY!! They will be hearing from my attorney shortly.

OMG, I came here to write my review and read the already written reviews about this company and could not agree more. They are unethical and when it comes to managing and HOA, just turn their head the other way and let our association get away with all kinds of infractions.
Do not use them unless you want your HOA turned upside down.
Sneaky, and underhanded, and do not abide by laws or documents.
Stay away, and don't hire them and hope you read these reviews and take them seriously.

My HOA switched to Summit. So far, after a month, I'm not impressed. They didn't want to accept my HOA fees here at their Camino Del Rio South office. They sent me over to Associated Professional Services over on Mission Gorge Road way past Kaiser's Zion Hospital. They had very minimal info available. Although Maria @Assoc. Prof'l Svcs, was pleasant and willing to be very helpful, the data/info available to her was very lacking even after a month after the contracted business handover.
This causes me an elevated amount of concern for me. RED FLAGS you might say. I was given
