No, but we have an intimate, non-Paxilar network of licensed professionals who can support clients on marketing the property (including MLS), running applications/checks, showing properties, executing leases, and managing evictions. No. Rent payments need to go directly to the owner. We recommend electronic payment options and there are a few apps that make this much easier.
Since Matt is an investor himself and has a varied background in customer service, risk management, expense management, preventive maintenance and construction, he can proactively recommend and deliver on improvements that will help keep your tenants happy, help preserve your property, and help with cashflow.
Matt has an extensive background and hands-on experience in a variety of building systems and can efficiently and effectively respond to and repair issues WHILE ONSITE (some electrical, HVAC, irrigation, and plumbing exclusions apply due to Texas licensing requirements). This can save considerable time when trying to SERVE YOUR TENANTS QUICKLY especially when vendors or home warranty companies can take days to service.
