Our process is not first come/first serve like some other property management companies. We like to look at all the applications that come in and spend some time reviewing them and screening them so we can pick out the all star in the group and ensure we get the best available tenant. We follow these 8 steps with EVERY home we list on the market.
One of our policies at RentWerx is that owner payments will arrive to the owner in their bank accounts between the 10th and 12th of each month. That system flows in a very specific way. We hope and expect that tenants will pay their rent on time each month, which means they'll pay on the first of the month.

I've been with RentWerx for more then 10 years (they started with a different name, I don't remember) This company handled all aspects of property management and provided excellent service. Special thanks to Alex Rojo, Maintenance Supervisor. He's gives details reports on all the property issues and organizes needed repairs.

It has been well over 8 months and I have yet to receive any explanation as to why I am being charged move-out fees. I have submitted evidence disputing these charges, however, I am still actively being charged for them. I have been at least four different times that the review committee is going to reach out to me in the past 8 months. Either show me the proof that warrants me to pay these fees, or refund the money that I have already paid and cancel the rest of the charges. Sadly, I have to go this route to get an answer. Extremely unprofessional. Steer clear of this company. The military housing

My most recent experience with Jazmin was fantastic! She took the time to acknowledge and clarify my concern, then reached out to the homeowner promptly. I received an answer to my question in less than 24 hrs!

Josh Reyes with RentWerx was amazing! He covered every base. His response time was fast and very friendly. He was also very helpful. I'm very satisfied with HIS customer service. RentWerx has been managing two homes in San Antonio for us for the past 5 years. Though there has been some significant turnover in that time, Alex and his team in the maintenance department have been great. They have been very good about getting vendors to the property for estimates and completing work in a timely fashion. They have been easy to work with and quick even when I have asked for a second opinion. We are almost done with a remodel and he has made managing portions of the work simple and seamless, taking the stress out of the project. This is a maintenance department that you can count
