FRAUDULENT. The phone number they provide is not in service. We live at Falls on Bull Creek and there is no water to majority of the buildings here. The communication from management has been either 1)entirely nonexistent or 2) after the fact. Some of our neighbors have received nothing at all. This is an emergency and they are dodging communication. Corporate is doing the exact same thing. The office decided to close their whole office the day after water was shut off and gave NO NOTICE TO ANYONE. They are puffing more and more smoke into this charade and it will be exposed. Hi in reply to a post about the Christmas lights.... It does no good to reach out to the property manager Amanda. Because, she does nothing and always has something smart to say. When I told her that she should probably do a mass email she said that it is common sense. " Well our previous owners let us" connect our lights outside so "No" it isn't common 🙄 sense when you have been doing it for the past few years without any issues. and new owners take over.

This is the worst property to ever rent from . I stayed on a property in Austin Texas that was far from a good living condition . I decided to stick it out for 2 years . When I finally moved out I was charged for everything in the apartment ( nothing was damaged ) . I spoke with GVAA which informed that I had a refund of my deposit ( September) it is now December and I still have yet to receive my deposit or response back from management. They don’t answer emails , phones and definitely not voicemails . Text free numbers is the way to contact the “Regional Manager “of Austin that is apparently

This company took over my property around the time of my lease renewal and they completely made a mess of things. They fired the entire staff and we had awesome neighbors and everyone is leaving because of the new management. As soon as my lease ends I’ll be leaving myself. It has been just a nightmare to come home and stress out about a new fee here and a new fee there. There is no communication with the staff. I pay an extra $50 for parking and they just took my spot and left it for unreserved not giving me a new spot and not even letting me tow people from the spot that I still pay for (still

I live on a property they manage in Houston. Aggressive dogs allowed to run loose regularly. Trash everywhere. Wild unsupervised kids trashing the complex. Maintenance shows up to wrong apartment to fix things if they ever show up at all. Invoice for rent and utilities is always off by 100s of $$$. Water bill is 150$/180$ a month no matter what. Gate is broken. Cameras do not work. No security. Very dark in areas and vacant apartments are unsecured.

(Update: The mistake was finally corrected months later after I made many phone calls but it is a shame that it took forever to get someone to resolve this.)
I have called corporate office every day this week in hopes that someone will correct a mistake in having a collection agency contact me regarding a $1300 early termination fee. I moved out after giving the proper 60 day notice by email and by text message . The notice was accepted as received by the apartment complex office at the time it was given. I was told that there is nothing that they can do when I called and that I need to contact
