I have always had positive experiences with handfuls of vets but I have very serious concerns about the legitimacy of the vets at this office.
We went in for a standard puppy visit for her vaccines and we had some concerns about worms and or fleas because of some symptoms she was having (itching her belly constantly, frequent itchiness, changes in appetite). Nothing crazy and pretty standard.
Her vaccination:
After receiving her vaccines she was instantly ill which I usually would consider a rare reaction except I saw another review saying another owner’s dog was sick after getting their shots

This is the best vet hospital we have ever been to. I have 2 older Border Collies and they were in to see Dr Nadell for their physical exam. Dr Nadell was fantastic with them and performed the most thorough exam of each of them in a timely manner. He uncovered some issues that we needed to address. I'm so thankful we were able to have him treat our pets. I highly recommend this vet hospital!!

Complete miscommunication between Vet Trch and Dr. You never really get to talk to the doctor about your concerns he simply comes in after examining your dog without you there based upon what the vet tech interprets you think the problem is…. My dog was doing pretty well before he went in and as the day evolved the medication they gave him he became very ill.

We’ve been going here for years and have taken every animal we have had here! All my animals were well taken care of by Dr Peterson, Dr Sky(who sadly doesn’t work there anymore) and Dr Borg. They were very professional and answered every question I had. I very much recommend them!!

Sadly, this practice is more interested in volume than it is on patient care. We trusted our 8 yo golden retriever to them. It was clear she was in pain. They diagnosed hip displaisure and suggested xrays, which we immediately approved. Their "expert" radiologist suggested hip replacement would be of value. Based on that recommendation we made an appointment with Seattle Veterinary Specialists for an ortho consult.

Dr Brandt was so patient with our dog Ellie. Ellie has had some rough times in other vet clinics but Dr. Brandt was understanding and adaptable.
Her calm nature, detailed exam and patients with Ellie made us so happy to have her as our vet. I can't recommend Dr Brandt and this clinic enough.

My dog was diagnosed with a Mask Cell tumor. Our regular Vet wasn't able to get her in within a reasonable amount time. I talked to a few recommended Hospitals & Dr. Nadell totally stood out. They got her in quickly for surgery & everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable & kind. Her surgery & healing went perfectly. I had grown used to working with a large clinic that often seems understaffed, hurried & unavailable. Snoqualmie Ridge Veterinary Hospital is the opposite of that. Excellent service. Detailed explanation about exam options, was given choice of tests/treatments. Thorough explanation of needed tests, and results. Wasn't pressured to get every vaccine, or shamed for length of time between visits (6 years). Prices seemed fair, but I have limited reference. Staff was friendly, although interaction was limited due to covid. Tech met my dog (Bentley) and I in the parking lot, Bentley didn't seem to mind the whole experience, he was brought back out to my car as well. Overall satisfied, and will be returning for care needed in the future.

We've brought our dog Rosie and 2 elderly cats here for a number of years, and can't say enough good things about the service and the people. In particular we love working with Patty at the front desk. She is knowledgeable, professional and caring. She noticed that I called over the weekend (I was checking for an off-hours # to call as I had questions about surgery performed on our beloved Rosie), and Patty took the time to call me back first thing on Monday morning to make sure everything was ok. We also love working with Dr. Nadell. He's retiring now but was kind enough to perform

I have been nothing but impressed with this clinic. They were so compassionate and supportive during a not so great time. They diagnosed my dog with cancer and they were there the day she needed to be put down. Dr. Peterson and his assistant came to our home to put her down and we were so thankful for that! They made a very difficult time better with their compassion and sympathy. They seemed to really care! I also had her cremation done through them and was very pleased with how she returned. A lovely box containing her ashes, her paw print and a lock of her hair. They really thought of it all

Made an appointment to get a test done with specific need that the test be completed with same day results.
Arrived on time, sat in waiting room for 20 minutes. Was taken to room in back and told results take 2 days.
Have used my normal vet and others while traveling for same test service. All labs who pick up daily perform same day results.
Wasted my morning and time which could have been spent traveling to a qualified vet offering reasonably common services.

For anyone looking for a great and trusted place to bring your pets I highly recommend Snoqualmie ridge vet hospital. The staff is friendly and even though they see hundreds of animals a day they make you and your pet feel like your the only one there. My animals have been seeing Dr. Peterson for over 5 years and I couldn't have asked for a better Dr. for my animals health care, not only in routine visits but in emergencies as well. One of my cats,Munch, for lack of a better word is a genetic mess and he would not be alive if it wasn't for Dr. Petersons quick thinking, passion to help

This clinic deserves 5 stars. We moved to the area quite a few years ago and were having a difficult time finding quality, affordable care in the area. We tried North Bend clinic were always very dissatisfied with the service. We tried clinic in Issaquah but way to spendy. Just got done with our first visit in Snoqualmie Ridge and definitely sold. Quality care, great at handling our dogs, honest, not up selling, like their jobs, good bedside manners, thorough time with Dr., and reasonable pricing. Very pleased with Dr Peterson and his technician Alex.

If I could give 0 stars based on the unprofessionalism, I would. I had been going to this clinic for my cat since he was born 2 years ago and for the most part, the staff seemed helpful, even though he is very scared and aggressive about going to the vet. While they did do a good job at first with clipping his nails it only started to get worse, with them refusing to continue because a tech couldn't handle getting scratched.
My last appointment with them was to only get my cats nails trimmed and a quick check-up. Without my consent, they told me after the fact that they had sedated him, and

Dr. Peterson and the staff at SRVH provide outstanding veterinary care. I am always greeted kindly by the front office staff. The technicians are experienced and pleasant. I rarely have to wait long. But it is Dr. Peterson's knowledge, experience, and genuine concern that I want to highlight.

Moving from the East Coast I was nervous to find a new vet for my pup. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted warmly and I was highly impressed with the vet tech and Dr.Zabak. She spent time really getting to know the needs of my animal and was very personable and professional. She addressed every concern and I was impressed by her knowledge. I was also impressed by their follow up with my pet it was very considerate. Their rates are reasonable and it's easy to make an appointment. I highly recommend this Vet Clinic.

Dr. Peterson and Dr. Nadell along with their team are part of a top notch veterinary hospital. When my cat Ellie got ill just before the holidays, the entire team did everything in their power to help her. It didn't matter if she was seeing Dr. Peterson or Dr. Nadell, they were both on the same page and provided the same high quality care and treatment for her even though we really didn't know exactly what was causing her symptoms. After a couple of weeks, Ellie bounced back on Christmas Day giving us our own true Christmas miracle. This is all due to the expert care she received

I'm not sure about the negative reviews on here but I have been going to this office about a year and have to say I have had nothing but top notch service. Dr. Peterson is so awesome with our dogs. We have a new puppy and have been there a lot and service has been suburb. If he wasn't available we saw Dr. Bose and he also gave excellent service. Excellent service from the second I walk in until I leave.

At my dogs last annual exam in April, Dr. Peterson contradicted an earlier diagnosis earlier by another vet at the same Clinic that my dog has a heart murmur. Well fast forward to September and yet another vet at different clinic now says he DOES have a heart murmur.
We took the dog to a cardiologist for an echocardiogram who also says that dog has a heart murmer due to both heart valves not closing properly. That is 3 veterinarians who have diagnosed my dog with a heart murmur and Dr. Peterson could not hear it.
I do not trust Dr. Peterson at all and due to the unpleasant visit we had in April

This is long overdo- but I wanted to say Dr. Jaaron is one of my favorite Vets ever! My sweet dog of 13 years, Jozee (pit bull ), 1 Nov 14 - had bone cancer and I opted for the doc to come into my home to make her passing as stress less as possible. He showed the utmost compassion and it was a sad time (for me) ..still brings tears... The fact is, he really went above and beyond the call of duty in offering kindness in a traumatic event, to which I appreciated.
I'm bummed he's so far away. It's hard to find good Vets who truly care like he does!

Dr. Peterson and his staff are fantastic! They are very gentle and thorough with my elderly cats, always providing the best care. Dr. Peterson goes above and beyond, calling to let me know how my kitties are doing when they are in for a procedure. Late last year when one of our cats had to be put down (he was 18 and in failing health) Dr. Peterson and his assistant came to our home for it. He made a very traumatic experience as bearable as it could have been. I highly recommend this clinic for excellent care for your fur babies.
