Ripoff artists be prepared for the bait-and-switch. This funeral home they take advantage of people in the worst time of their life they don't tell you everything and then charge you for things you already Paid for . It's the most unprofessional business I've dealt with in any way . Took them 4 times To spell my nephew's four letter name . And a variety of other mistakes. Not fit to sell dirt like the worst used car sales company. Should be ashamed of themselves. I would not go there for anything they should be ashamed and shut down.

Karen and her team recently handled the arrangements for my husband’s funeral with grace and compassion. We didn’t know what to expect from this process and we were pleasantly surprised at how smooth and organized they made it. Everyone we worked with was kind, caring and professional. They responded to our calls, emails and texts quickly and completely. They took care of the details and allowed us to say goodbye with dignity. They even contacted us afterwards to see how we were doing. I can’t say enough about the great service we received from the Jardine team.

The Jardine Funeral Home was very sensitive and accommodating to our family’s requests and needs. The entire staff that we worked with from setting up initial funeral plans to attention to details on both the days of the funeral Mass and later the interment provided comfort and relief at our family’s time of grief. The Jardine Funeral Home showed genuine concern and sympathy for our loss of a loved one. Karen was absolutely wonderful to work with. My father was in the Navy and we had a simple service only at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. We did not do visitation at Jardine but that didn’t matter. Karen handled everything from start to finish. It was all about what we wanted for our dad. I would HIGHLY recommend Karen and the entire Jardine staff. I just can not really say enough about how easy she made everything given the difficult circumstances.

Jardine’s staff were exceptionally good following the passing of our mother in April, 2021. High marks to them for everything from picking up remains at house all the way in Mentor, to compassionate staff, to ease with planning of memorial service and working with cemetery, to wonderful facility to reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them to others.

I was with my sister and nieces as they planned my brother in law funeral last week. July 28. The funeral (Martin) was July 31 2020 We received warmth-caring-respect-and sympathy from both Jason and the young girl taking care of us. They were thorough patient and very professional. Also the Funeral and Cemetary was pure caring respect and professional. I recommend them highly. I myself sadly have dealt with two other funeral homes in planning for my son and parents and JARDINE'S was by far the best. TY Jason and Jardine Staff.

Curious to learn that both the funeral home and Cleveland Cremations, which is next door, is owned by the same company. I had made an inquiry with the funeral home about cremation services and identified myself as a military retiree. A representative who later contacted me also made reviewed their price list with me after I also inquired about discounts for veterans. He made a big production about absorbing certains costs. We had the best experience at Jardine Funeral home under the circumstances. They were extremely helpful and the facility is beautiful. We are from the east side but found that for the price and the limited resources we had it was well worth the drive to strongsville. Everyone at Jardine was professional and compassionate towards our family.
