What is the application process and policy? Once you decide you like the property, you will fill out our application online. Once your application is received, and we obtain a $35 application fee from each applicant over the age of 18. Note that the application fee is none refundable. All applications will be processed in the order in which we received them.
Please call 911 if there is a fire, flood, or other emergency that is life threatening. Whether your maintenance request is an emergency (immediate threat to tenant or property) or a routine issue, please call the 24/7 Maintenance line at (619) 824--3254 and let them know what the problem is.

I want to thank Karen Solorzano for her amazing knowledge to me as a new home owner. I was looking for a PM, and she has been nothing but helpful; during the whole transition! She has helped us find tenants and made sure the I was completely involved in knowing if the future tenants were qualified etc. Highlight of everything is that she is very responsive to all my inquiries and makes sure I completely understand everything.

AMG could improve by being halfway decent. I have lived here barely over a year and had my rent raised three times! In less than one years time my rent went from 1100-1550. Meanwhile they have made no improvements to the apartment, I do not have heat, they closed the laundry room, my roof leaks, my apartment had bed bugs when I moved in, and is still infested with roaches. They say they will have someone come out, but no one ever calls. They now want me to pay 1550 a month to live in a SLUM where I can't even fit my car into a parking spot, and my car has been keyed twice because the neighborhood

I concur with the others that had rotten experiences with AMG. Leaks, mold, lack of hot water, roaches, disruptive neighbors , transients accessing the laundry room and making a living space for themselves... one time they didn't pay the water bill and the water was shut off. The list goes on and on. No emergency after hours #. Slow to respond to these issues and takes a very long time to get things resolved. To sum it up they are in violation of tenant laws. They have no issue when it comes to making sure the tenants pay their rent on time otherwise you incur a late charge immediately. What a

Hi everyone; This company is horrible. Please be so careful to deal with them. I was interested to rent out the property at the ocean beach. I was calling them more than 20 time and each day they answered me differently. They asked me to fill up application and paid fee then they showed me the property!!!! I am not kidding!!! I told them how is possible? They said this is what it is. In addition; they gave me a number of one guy who never ever answered his phone or text messages. His name is Brain . This place collect the application fee for renting a property on Narganssite Ave on Ocean Beach before showing the place . They have never called me or return my application fee . Just after i called so many times they said the place is already rented and we will give your application money back. They never done !!! Interesting thing is now i check Craigslist again and I noticed they again put the same apartment for rent . I believe they collect application fee and making money with that.

So to start off I understand why they get these low reviews but I feel as if they have been working on making this company better. What people say are right they do take a long time to process an application for an apartment, which can be a little frustrating (mine took 2 weeks), and they also rarely answer the phone when you call about it. On the up side Nelly was awesome about emailing back almost instantly.

Terrible service!! I have written plenty of service request such a washer broke, light doesn't work, mold in bathroom, front door doesn't shut properly, and many other and they never come to fix anything!! Cheap apartments everything breaks and I take care of my stuff! No one from management cares about your business once you sign the lease. I will not be renewing or ever doing any business with this company! Terrible management!

AMG manages the property where 2 of my small businesses are located. They have been managing it for several years, and I have never had any problems. Kadesh responds to my requests quickly and always finds a solution to any issues. The rest of the staff is friendly and accomodating as well. Keep up the good work AMG!

AMG is an OUTSTANDING HOA management company. Here at West Bluff, Earl and his staff have assisted us in all aspects and guided us through some pretty confusing business as to our HOA. I'm sure there are valid reasons for the reviews on here - as customer service is definitely a lot more prevalent when it comes to property management. However, my experience has been nothing but positive so far. Really the only critique I have was when I found the listing on HotPads there were no photos or detailed information to accompany the listing, and so I thought it might have been a fake ad. However from the Open house, through the application process, Nelly Barraza has been nothing but efficient, transparent, and helpful in addressing my needs from appliance repairs to rent payments

If what you want is a place that either answers the phone or responds to messages and emails, you should definitely look somewhere else.
After days of no response to an application delivered MOMENTS after the property was placed on Craigslist I finally had to leave work and go there to get a human being to talk to me. Once I did, I was told they could refund my money in FIFTY DAYS.
Find another place, another company. Save yourself the headache I now have.

In all honesty AMG was the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Nelly and Kadesh are completely unresponsive to any issues that arise...it took me months and constant reaching out to get a simple response regarding rent. They are also extremely condescending and hold your security deposit as ransom over you. The only saving grace was our residential managers who helped in any way they could.
Do not rent from AMG, you will regret it.

The onsite manager at the Park Campus apartments passed away suddenly in June. Since I knew him I was tasked at cleaning out his apt. Kadesh rented a storage pod and hired individuals to put all of the Managers belongings into the pod for me to sort out. His sister lives in Montana and could not come out to deal with all of this. When I went over there and opened the pod, low and behold most of this gentleman's belongings were gone! A lazy boy leather sofa and recliner that was only a year and a half old was gone, oak end tables, all of his dishes, cookware, glasses, tools and the list

I haven't even rented from these people but just trying to get a hold of these unprofessional people is hard enough. I put in an application and tried to call to ask some questions. No one answered the phone so I left a message. No one called back. Sent an email a couple days later and still no response. I sent numerous emails and left many voicemails and they are all too lazy too answer the phone. It's appalling. The people that work here are better qualified to pick up dog poo off of sidewalks; that is if they even know how to use a shovel. Now, after reading the reviews, I'm glad

If I could give AMG negative 5 stars I would.
Although the ladies in the office have always been nice, dealing with Kadesh has been a nightmare. I lived in one of AMG's apartments for 3 years before finally moving out a couple months ago. I should have moved out years ago.

Shower decided it was not going to turn off on a Saturday; called & e-mailed, and used website maintenance request & contacts, emergency number is a cricket number not in service.
Sunday: kept trying, shower still running, over 24 hours in our water conserving beautiful city.
Monday: I took off work, started calling at 7:55; thinking they'll open at 8 (business hours) and I'll be at work by 10 at the latest, 3 hours is not bad I can afford that.
BUT their office hours don't start at 8. I got a call at 9:44, asking if I fixed the issue & still needed assistance. Also

They set appointments to see units and they never showed up!
A large group of us were waiting from 1/2 hour to 1 hr, so obviously the appointments were overlapping.

What a way to do business.
We were asked to vacate the property we were renting once the one year lease expired. We moved from another city and everything. The least they could of done was tell us that it was only a temporary rental.
We had been good tenants and even paid double deposit.
They didn't even offer us to find another place.

WOW How disappointing!! I called and spoke to Kadesh Arya in regards to a rental he had listed. After leaving a message I received a call back a day later, After viewing the condo and asking some questions I stated that I would be interested in moving forward with submitting an application and was willing to put a hold deposit. He then said that I wouldn't have an answer until a week later and said that he wanted to leave the unit open and see what other interest he got before choosing who would be the best option. How appalling I have never heard such a thing. I am a highly qualified applicant
