Great place to live! Management and maintenance staff are so friendly and available. Neighbors are great, providing a warm "Community" feeling. Grounds are beautifully maintained, neighborhood is quiet and beautiful for walking our dog. Quick walk to train station, the Lake, center of town restaurants and coffee shop. Very happy!

A month ago we returned to our apartment after a two month hiatus in Florida.
When we walked in, the apartment was hotter inside than the 90+ degree temperature outside, and our floor had a trail of water leading out of the closet that holds our hot water heater. I immediately placed an emergency call to maintenance. Within five minutes Kevin (or Kenny, I’m sorry I don’t remember his name) called me back and once I told him what was going on he said he’d be over within 30 to 60 minutes.
He showed up as promised and began to work on the issues. He ended up calling a plumbing company and

I have been on a waiting list for the wonderful Wilber School Apartments for almost two years - and it was more than worth the wait! My apartment is beautiful and so are my neighbors and the neighborhood. I could not have asked for more cooperation and help from the leasing gal here, Sheila, who has been kind, helpful and professional and the top of her class in customer service. The building is clean and quiet. It is more than I could hope for and more. Even my kitty loves it - especially his own special TV - the front-load washer which he watches as if it were his favorite soap opera! Whatever

Save your money, look elsewhere. A lot better places in the area that actually care about their residents well being, especially ones that have lived there for nearly 4 years and if they have a problem they actually take care of it and don’t brush you off. This place has become a joke and a half. I WOULDN’T recommend this place to a fly.

My family of four stayed in Wilber School Apartments for almost a year as we looked for a home in Sharon. The building is exceptionally well maintained and the staff is top-notch, particulary property manager, Sheila Maloney-Drew. The building is centrally located and we loved the fun touches of it being a former school (chalkboards in every apartment, restored lockers in the hall, etc.) Everyone who visited us wanted a tour. We loved having central air and a washer/drying in the apartment. It was a great place for our family during a time of transition.

I cannot say enough about Wilber School Apartments and their Property Manager, Sheila Maloney-Drew. She is such a sweet woman with a smile on her face always willing to help. The landscape is always beautiful and well taken care of. The floor plans inside of the apartments are extremely unique. Aside from this, Wilber School is in a fabulous location and is close to the train station. Sharon is known for having great schools which is a huge plus for families. It's a wonderful place to live!

I am a resident of the Wilbur school and one of the first to move in. I am very impressed with the beauty and care of the building and grounds. Sheila goes above and beyond her duties as does John and Pete. Sheila makes holiday time so special with her beautiful decorations, she really makes you feel at home. Wilbur School is a wonderful place to live.

I have lived in Wilber School Apartments for 5 months.
Thanks to a great management and maintenance team, my family and I adapted well to new life in Sharon.
They put a lot of effort into tenants' living in comfort.
Thanks to them, I could have a good life regardless of the weather as well as I could enjoy holiday seasons with nice decoration and pleasant present every holiday.

We lived here for two years and loved our time here! The staff was responsive and very helpful, even a year after we left.
We interacted with two sets of management teams (the transition was midway through our stay), and both were excellent. The current team (led by Sheila) made our moving out the most pleasant such experience we've ever had. They were very accommodating to all our requests, super prompt with returning the deposit and continue to help us with packages that mistakenly get sent to our old address.
The maintenance lead (John) is just a nice human being, very hardworking,

This building used to be a high school and it has been completely renovated inside creating beautiful, green, open-concept, modern apartments. The super, Kevin, is great and does a very nice job keeping up with the building. The building is within walking distance to the Sharon train station and to the center of town. There is a basic gym in the building, too.

A great place to live! The layout of the apartments are open with high ceilings and the buildings are maintained by a great superintendant that works hard in keeping the place clean and safe. The landscaping is beautiful and the leasing office is always available and willing to help you with almost anything. I would definitely recommend this apartment to people. The train station is only a block away and is a easy stroll to Boston (only 25 minutes door to door). There's a CVS directly across the street, the post office is just a block away and some awesome restaurants just walking distance
