I was so happy to get a next day appointment. I left work midday to go and he no showed. Didn't answer his phone or call me back after missing the appointment. I stood awkwardly in the backyard of his house not knowing if he was just running late or not. Took time out of my work day for no reason. 😫

Called to make an appointment and I was told to use the online schedule to ensure the schedules matched up. Made an appointment which was then canceled by Andrew stating he was booked then (remember this is why he wanted me to use the online schedule so this wouldn't happen). Decided to give him another chance and rescheduled. The day of my appointment he canceled again saying he was in LA and not taking new clients. Very unprofessional, don't waste your time.

Andrew, at Andrew-Salon is amazing! He is not only responsive and flexible with making appointments, he also cares about the health of your hair, and gives great suggestions on improving the health of your hair. Andrew has done relaxer touch ups, and hair extensions for me, and is a great stylist! I would recommend him with no complaints! He is also hilarious, and makes getting your hair done a lot of fun!
