Owner Michael Laier has over 40 years of auto repair experience, starting in high school and continuing through college, where he studied automotive technology, and then working in dealerships.

Unless your vehicle requires premium gasoline, filling up your vehicle with high-octane gas is a waste of money. The premium gas doesn't boost your gas mileage or performance. Great customer service and a very friendly environment. Michael was able to help diagnose my problem and quickly resolve my issue with my a/c not blowing cold air. Turns out I needed a new temperature control valve. Was able to get everything resolved by an hour and a half. I no longer need to sweat in my own car in this summer heat!

My car broke down in McKinney and we had AAA tow it and this was one of their suggested repair shops! We are from out of state and didn’t have a clue! We got there about 1:30 and he was able to tell us that same afternoon what was wrong and what it would cost us for the repair! The repair was made and our car ready the next morning! Excellent service and a very nice gentleman! We were so thankful!

I have two vehicles and both are high mileage, far from new and constantly being used, either for personal use or on the ranch. I'm blessed that Mike keeps them both running!! I really appreciate the way Mike makes phone/email contact, sets an appointment, gives an estimated time/cost of repair and gets it all done within that time frame and cost. My Dodge Challenger was having issues with the battery constantly dying. I could not figure out what was killing my battery. I ended up buying a new one from AAA. After weeks of stress i decided to take my car to Trust Auto. The owner of the company was a nice guy, and he told me he has dealt with the issue before. He was honest with me, and told me this type of issue could take a long time to figure out, and he did not want to waste my time or money. Trust Auto Repair is the best discovery I've made in years. My grown kids all drive older vehicles and Trust Auto has made repairs incredibly quickly and amazingly affordably. I brought in a used vehicle to have inspected before buying it. Mike was very straightforward and honest when describing the problems that the vehicle had, and prevented me from making a costly mistake. Unlike many mechanic shops might do, Mike did not sugarcoat this vehicle's problems in order to gain future business when I brought it in to him for repairs. Because Mike is the owner and soul operator of this business, I like that I can count on him always being the person who does the repairs on my car. Mike seems like a no nonsense kind of mechanic who has the customer's best interest in mind

We have been to Mike on several occasions for repairs on our Toyota Scion and every time have been more than satisfied with his work. He does excellent work and is very honest and reasonable in his prices.A few days ago, he replaced the struts and the shocks on our car. It rides and drives like a new one! He is an honest person and very pleasant to work with. He showed me exactly what was wrong. I appreciated that. It's a relief to know there is someone out there that isn't trying to cheat you or rob you blind! I am very satisfied with his work. He knows what hes doing and does it right!
