Milton and Joe did a great job taking care of me! I went in for some preventative maintenance at short notice (on a Saturday with no appointment), and they had me out at exactly the time I requested. I had a drive belt replaced, tune-up and battery cleaning. Everything was done well, and I will definitely be back again. Thanks, guys! Really appreciate the ride to and from my house so I didn't have to wait in the lobby, too.

I went to get the AC serviced on one of my older cars 1984, system recharged and checked for leaks. i paid approximately 180 initially but less then a week later all freon leaked out. Went back the second time and they checked for leaks and found one and was suppose to have repaired it while charging me around 160, a day later all freon leaked out. I spoke to the supervisor about the issues and he replied that (he couldn't say that they were the cheapest place in town and that I should have really been charged a little more.) They told me I could bring the car back but they would charge another

Went in for an inspection for registration on one of our children's vehicles. They performed that service, replaced a bulb, and recommended two replacement tires for the car. We are new to the state so Milton not only walked me through it all, he also made sure I had copies of the insurance declaration page and told me where I needed to go to get the vehicle registered. We will be back in tomorrow for the new tires and alignment.
I hope this is the start of a long and fruitful relationship regarding our current and future vehicles.

Great place! Absolutely painless! Four wheel alignment fixed for a good price and they gave me a free tire rotation to fix my vehicle pulling to the side! Excellent customer service from Kelly! I’m a young female so repair shops are not usually so kind and often add unnecessary things or try to upsell assuming young women don’t know what they are doing with cars but this place made me feel completely comfortable!

I have now brought 3 of my cars here. Each time the staff has been friendly and took the time to listen to the issue we were having them explain the services they recommended to fix them. I had a family mechanic in my old town and am glad to have found a new one here in McKinney.
