I had to get the secondary air intake valve replaced in my truck and these guys were great! They had the parts in by the next day and got the job done quickly. They kept me updated through the process which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend. We have been bringing our cars here for a while now and we've always had a good experience.

They really care about the customer here! 😯 I got new tires last week and was told I needed an alignment. Found Honest 1 Care via Google. They told me after they checked out my car that....surprise....it was already in alignment, so no service was needed! Wow! I was blown away. If they had told me anything different, I would not have known to question it. I appreciate honesty and integrity when doing business so I will definitely be back when I need work done in the future!

Blake and his team at Honest-1 auto always take great care of me! What I like most is that when I take my car in for routine maintenance they give me a list of things that could use some work, but never tries to nickel and dime you. Having a plan for your cars is important for budgeting purposes. Their customer service is what I like the most!

After bringing my car to the dealership and another local auto repair shop, these guys were able to get the job done. Jaguar wanted $800 to open my dashboard to find the squeak and knocking sound. The $800 was just to dig around in my dashboard. This team was able to locate the sound immediately for $20 diagnostic fee. It was the struts. Thankfully, I didn't go with the dealership as they would have never found the noise and would have wasted my time and money. These guys were able to get it done and used original Jaguar parts. I also think they are very honest about what my car needs and what it doesn’t. every time I take my car there, they send me a comprehensive report of everything that needs to be done.
