Took my vehicle in because the ac wasn't working too well. After a week we were told the entire ac system needed to be replace that rodents had chewed everything up. Said it was going to cost more than the car was worth because the whole system needed to be replaced. I believe they said it was around 2600 or 2900 it would cost to replace everything. They handed me a piece that was chewed up when I picked it up. I took it to a family member in another state. They looked at it and bought a $27 part put it in and the ac was working like brand new. Took my daughter's car to repair the AC unit. They called me back telling me that the compressor was shot and that it would be dangerous to drive this car since it would completely stop after a few miles and needed to be replaced asap for about $2200. I took it to a different shop for a second opinion and to my big surprise, they told me that there was nothing wrong with the compressor and all it needed is some Freon for about $125! got it done and It's been running ice cold since then with no issues. I will never take any of my cars to this shop again!

I took my car here on a recommendation. I am thrilled to find honesty!! I was told by another auto shop I needed over $1200 witk on my car. I am so happy I took it to Integrity and got a true evaluation. It was less than $900 and less than that for the initial problem. Was out of town when our daughter experienced issues with her vehicle; as a father you feel helpless being too far away to provide help. Oil pressure was too high, temp gauge was maxed at vehicle stops and the heater wouldn't work. Got back in town, dropped off the vehicle and in less than 24 hours; problems FIXED!! One issue we've dealt with for the last 30k+ miles was a check engine light that Stonebriar Chevrolet caused when they performed a 60k service. And after several attempts to figure it out, I finally said enough! No more messing with it cause you obviously don't know what

As consumers with limited automotive knowledge, we often have to simply trust the recommendations given. I took my son's car to Nortex and had a gut feeling that the estimate was high. After a Google search, Integrity Automotive was recommended. I spoke with Mark who was transparent and honest. Not only did they repair the issue for less, they also diagnosed a more serious issue and took the time to educate and physically show me the problem. This is now my go-to car repair place. Mark told me to come on in after my car wouldn't start this morning. They were very busy, but still got me in and out in a reasonable time. They never tried to sell me something I didn't need. They treated everyone who came into their office kindly. Plus, they kept me entertained while I waited with their wonderful sense of humor.

Unfortunately I had my brakes redone at Brakes Plus and they blotched it up..got it to Integrity and they were able to redo the job and get my vehicle braking without shaking...plus didn't try to recommend things I didn't need. They are crazy busy..but seriously worth the wait for the service they provide. I will never go to Brakes Plus again!!! Thanks Integrity for helping me!

Being a realtor and on the road most of the time my car needed a 60,000 mile checkup and an oil change. I knew that if I took it to the manufacturer they would try to get me to purchase services that we're not necessary. Josh and his staff took a deep look at my vehicle and in the end I only needed the oil change. Integrity Automotive will get my business from now on.

I have used Integrity Automotive in the past as was very happy until today. I called this morning and spoke to some man (forgot to get his name) about getting an alignment on my Lincoln Town car. He had to ask someone if they had time and the price. He told me to bring the car over. I arrived 2 hrs later to a dumbfounded receptionist who said they were too busy today but could do it tomorrow. Wow what service! Despite my earlier positive experience, I won't be back.

Trust me when I tell you- Josh will take care of you! I recently purchased a used car from a nearby dealership and was hearing some kind of weird noise when starting. Spoke to the shop this morning about an issue that both Autonation Ford in frisco looked at 2 days after buying my used 2014 focus. Then Bob Tomes looked at twice during 2016 for the same issue. The guy answered all the questions he could without having actually looked at it yet. He even made the recommendations about ford customer service with the dealerships since I'm just barely passed my 36k warranty.
Bob Tomes said they will honor everything since they checked the car twice for the issue that's now worse. Guess I'll see and hope for the best.
