Although we do not live here currently we have toured with Jill and it is beautiful. A very well kept complex and the lobby is beautiful. Jill is an excellent manager who has very good customer service skills as well as people skills. If we are lucky enough to move into Ship's Watch I know we will not be disappointed.

I have lived here for a little over 2 years... I love my home it's beautiful and everyone that visits me compliments me on how beautiful this place is..Its clean and we'll maintain inside and out... Residents here are nice and friendly as much of a community it is I also have my privacy... The lobby looks like an upscale hotel beautiful... The amenities are great from laundry room on every floor, gym room, swimming pool and a general community room which we can reserve for a get together or a birthday party etc... HORRIBLE SERVICE VERY RUDE STAFF AND RESIDENTS, service is absolutely terrible these people DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU . The apartments are mostly a wreck unless you get very lucky to get a renovated one ( which will not happen ) the property is very bland and gives off the impression that you are booking into a dumpy hotel . GOOD LUCK IF YOUR STUPID ENOUGH TO MOVE INTO THIS PLACE

The only reason I recommend ships watch is because of the location. other then that it is not worth the rent. yes they have a pool but it is poorly cleaned and the gym just got "updated". I liked the staff… until they complained about doing things they should do. for example they chargred for stupid things like the dumpster being full (when we moved out) when people had passed away and others moved out also. All around the attitude is real and if they can they will bully you. I lived in an apartment with a hole in the back of my stove for the longest and didn't realize it until we got mice
