We have lived at North Farm in Somerset for seven years. We like it here because it's quiet, away from the main road and very safe, day or night. The landscaping is pretty and you have your own parking space. There is a laundry facility within the building as well as your own individual mailbox. My husband likes it because they plow the parking area in the winter as well as keeping the walkways clear of snow and ice.
Somerset, MA is a suburban community incorporated in 1790. The town has a rich heritage dating back to the colonial days. Today, Somerset is known for its "Musictown Festival." This two-week festival, now in its 38th year, includes events celebrating music and is enjoyed by young and old alike.
