Bianca Brutlag is a certified NSCA, USA-W, USA-Track and Field Sprint, ASFA instructor with years of experience working with high school, collegiate, and professional level athletes, along with large and small groups, and one on one individuals with a variety of needs.
Having competed at a Division I collegiate level in Track & Field, Bianca has taken that experience to produce multiple All-Americans and National Champions, and continues to work with local amateur and professional athletes.However, it is her love of helping people build their bodies and their confidence into the "athlete inside all of us" that keeps her passion fueled for fitness.

All of our memberships are unlimited, meaning that each member has access to all of our continuously evolving group class offerings.
The Athletic Conditioning program is designed for athletes ages 12 and up interested in improving their performance on the court, field, ice, or track. Great for off-season fitness improvement or in-season maintenance, the program helps athletes of all levels increase their physical threshold and improve game and practice performance.
